Description of Work: They came out to repair an electric gate opener. The circuit board apparently went bad. While there the story went from a bad board to a electrical surge fried after it reminded them it was under warranty. They then quoted the price for a new board and installed it a week later. At that time they also sold my wife new openers to operate the gate and the garage door. A few hours later I called them and requested the old board and told them to pick up the openers. They would not work with the garage opener. I was told the technician would come back. No one came back it called. I became suspicious and disputed the charges with MasterCard. They contacted O'Brien and O'Brien never replied to dispute my complaint.

Our records indicate that we were out for service June 30, 2014. The technician replaced the circuit board and 2 remotes. We had no further contact until August 1, 2014. We would gladly have left the circuit board onsite for you had we known you wanted to keep it, however bad parts, trash, and debris are removed from the trucks and disposed of daily. Because your request was made over a month post service we no longer had the original circuit board. I apologize that we were not able to get the part back to you. If there is anything further we can assist you with please don't hesitate to call.

Description of Work: They replaced my garage door opener and did minor maintenance. The guy showed up in paint spattered cutoff jean shorts and old stained t-shirt, so didn't appear at all professional. I think service providers should dress more appropriately. He did a good job, however, but the price was fairly high.
