He was on the job every day with his men providing oversight and ensuring the highest standards with regard to quality of the project, work, details and training of his team. The project was kept on schedule even though there were unforseen issues that required changes and on the spot problem solving. Hiring someone to do a job is easy. Hiring someone to do a job "well" is NOT. Marlin Davis listened to my needs and concerns, most importantly was drainage, and he addressed them all. A week after he replaced my driveway and sidewalk, a hurricane dropped 7 hours of rain in my yard and not a drop came near my doors! He is also fair and reasonable. I will recommend him and hire him again when I have the need.

Fantastic project couldn't be more satisfied

MD Construction (Marlin) came in behind a contractor who installed a defective driveway In December. Major issues with the previous contractor. The difference between Marlin and the previous contractor was like night and day. Marlin listened to our concerns and responded providing a top quality driveway at a competitive price. To anyone reading this, I don't believe you could go wrong selecting Marlin with DM Construction.

MD Construction did a great job at completing the driveway and sidewalks that we wanted on our property. They showed up on time each day and completed our project in three days. I would recommend MD Construction to anyone needing concrete work done. Marlin is very knowledgeable and will let you know what would work best for your project. He will also give you a fair cost or lower cost than other concrete workers.

Marlin was truly sent from God as we had SO MANY issues and when he arrived on the property and flashed that beautiful smile and walked us through entire process, I knew immediately we would hire him. Well immediate then became almost a month before he actually started the work and he stuck with us the entire time. He started and finished in two days and it looks amazing. His crew is so nice and Marlin is just an Angel from Heaven. We would HIGHLY recommend this Company.

Marlin outbid the other contractors that I got estimates from and build me an excellent concrete patio on a slope as well as putting in some drains. I smile every time I look out at his work which turned out to be beautiful. Not only does he do excellent work but he was very easy to work with and took all my desires into consideration and brought them into reality. I would recommend Marlin highly to others and I will certainly contact him again when I need more concrete work done.

Marlin did a great job of installing a sidewalk and pad for a hot tub. Colored the concrete as requested and handled the project quickly. MD Construction had the best price bid and worked the job in quickly. Great Company!

Marlin exceeded our expectations

MD Constuction did an excellent job with my patio and sidewalk project. We had them color the concrete and put a sealer finsh that looks great. Cleaned up site, followed up with sealer and completed project in one day. I definitly recommend them for concrete projects!
