This company is top notch. From the moment Marlin came out to the house to provide a quote, I felt good about trusting this company with my project. He listened to what I wanted and explained what options I had considering my budget. He was able to meet my budget while at the same time providing quality work. MD Construction provided high quality customer service and even power washed the sidewalk, driveway, and street once the project was completed. Although Marlin said it may take 2 days to lay the slab, they actually finished within 1 day. I was extremely pleased.

Marlin and his crew were wonderful, from first contact his communication was key. He gave us a bid and worked with us to get our HOA approval. Once we were ready he was very attentive and began the job right away. Very professional, he got the job done quick and beautifully. They made sure to clean up leaving no mess behind for me, including washing the driveway off after the demolition and removal of dirt. Marlin was wonderful he was here to make sure the job was done right and to HOA and homeowner specifications. I cannot recommend this company more, I have worked with many subcontractors and marlin went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work. 110% perfection

Marlin was very attentive and did the work he promised. Price was fair and when things came up that were not expected, the additional expense was negotiated at a fair amount too. I will definitely be using him again. His workers were very diligent and communication was great. They checked in regularly and seemed very responsive to our requests. Marlin did exactly what he said he would do and the job looks great

Marlin and his team came in on time and completed the job effectively. We satisfied with their work, Updated the review change the service to 3.5 stars, the team left without noticing us while we were in the house, right after they left, we noticed the sprinkler heads were missing (We canceled two sprinkler heads where we extended the concrete patio). I texted Marlin he replied as " in the trash, I think. I'll look later." That was the last thing I got back from him.

Wow! Marlin was recommended by several neighbors in my community. He went above and beyond with my new patio addition! I debated replacing my tiny concrete patio with a larger more decorative one since moving into my new home. I couldn't believe we met on a Saturday to discuss the plan and by the following Monday I had a brand new patio. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early!!

The crew was kind, considerate of the property and did an amazing job. Everything looks great and will be coming to them for any future work I have planned. I would recommend them to anyone looking to having concrete work done.

A very nice experience. Very professional and pleasant to deal with. They took care not to get concrete on anything but the patio area and protected mm lawn from any damage. Cleaned up well when finished. We would highly recommend them. and will use them again when the need arises.
