Well everything went well and looked great. After complete, we found they had busted our drain and were going to come repair. Now they are nonresponsive and will not return to fix their mistake. Very disappointed because Marlin was nice.

they were on time and pleasant. respectful and diligent workers and very accommodating. no shortcuts in their work.

I have been planing repairing my 40 year old driveway for a couple years. My driveway was badly cracked with pieces raised a couple inches (it didnâ t have any rebar or expansion joints ). I was not sure I could afford replacing half the driveway or the whole thing. I had two quality bids by two highly rated contractor. MD price was low enough I could replace the whole driveway. Marlin and his men were on time and worked hard. First day they tore out the old driveway hauling it off, put in the forms and rebar. Second day they were here early and installed the driveway doing a great job. I had them make it a little wider and take out the hump going over the culvert. I ask Marlin if he could help my neighbor with a repair on her driveway, it was dangerous, She is on a fixed income and was worried about the price. He gave her a supper deal so she would be safe. Not wanting to pull his guys off finishing my work. Marlin broke out the damaged section, formed it up and finished it himself. I would use Marlin and his crew again

Marlin came to us to quote on Christmas eve, and all work was completed by 12/27. He was on time and completed the job when he said he would. Very easy to work with and a lovely guy. I am keeping his number for others jobs I want doing.

The owner Marlin Davis was never on site and I did not see him throughout the project. He wanted complete payment when the job was not done. He said it would take 3 days and it has taken 6 weeks with intervals of no work done at all. It is not quality work and the job is still not finished. I am very DISAPPOINTED.

Marlin was the most responsive contractor to my RFQ. His price was good, he was on time, the quality was top notch and he made sure that my desires were met. He is also one of the most professional contractors I have worked with in a very long time. I highly recommend you consider MD Construction for your next concrete project. Expanded our patio and added a curvy sidewalk to get thru the muddy side yard. Marlin was responsive. We were pleased with the work and how quickly it got done.
