Mario texted almost immediately (and on a weekend). We decided that he would/could come over to look at the job Monday but he said that if his Sunday freed up he would come then. He came over on Sunday to assess the job and we decided on the price/work. He showed up on time and completed the work. He was professional, his work was perfect and price was very acceptable.

The owner communicates well and is reliable. Shows up when he is supposed to or at least texts you to let you know if he is running late. He will troubleshoot the system and educate you on what needs got get fixed right away and what fixes can wait.
