They did an okay job. I paid $30 extra because I had him do something else. I don't think he did such a great job with grouting. He was a very nice man. He worked but I don't think he did a good job.

We bought the deal and I don't know exactly what they did, but my husband said he was very happy with the service.

Shaun and his partner were scheduled to come at 8:00 and they showed up at 7:30am. I was shocked. I have never had a handyman show up on time, not to mention early. They worked for 4 hours total because there were two of them. They installed 5 ceiling fans with remotes and a digital thermostat. Shaun's partner was very knowledgable and very friendly. We will have them back when we get our next list of "honey dos that honey don't want to do" Great work!

Shaun was good with communication before the job so I knew what to have on hand for the repairs. He had all of the tools that he needed for all of the planned jobs and he worked so quickly that I even got more than I had planned. He took time to walk around with me to see all of the issues, listened carefully to my priorities and then suggested a plan of action to get it done based on drying time needed for each project. I told him up front that I was picky so he asked me to come check each project as they were completed to ensure that I was happy. I am very pleased with the results and that he got so much done so quickly. I will hire him again in the near future and recommend to friends.

He did excellent work, I thought I had plenty for him to do and he was done with my initial list in just a few hours. He did excellent work and was very friendly and helpful.

He showed up on time or early both times. The work was professionally done the first time and looked great. He adjusted two toilets for free just because he was there. The second time he came he installed 8 ceiling fans. Not one of them so much as squeaks. I will be hiring them regularly.

Shawn was on time and very thorough with the painting and filling of small holes. I will hire again for future painting!

It couldn't have been better and I am hoping to reschedule them for more work in the next week or two. They replaced the outside pendant light hanging outside the front door. That required using a very tall ladder. Then they removed six ceiling fans, replacing some with new ceiling fans and others with ceiling lights. They then did some work in the master bath. It was a lot of work done capably and quickly.

They were punctual, hard working, and able to get the job complete in one day (6-8 hrs.). Overall, they did an awesome job. I will definitely use them again.

Nothing - could never arrange time

Very well. There were two gentlemen and they worked well as a team and made short order of the job. I am satisfied. The only issue is that the provider had to drive a long distance that I was not aware of. Most would not have come once they learned of the distance. He did. and it meant a lto to me that he honored his commitment.

It went fantastic! The two men were extremely professional and helped with everything they could. I highly recommend their services. They care about what they do - they balanced all the fans they replaced and made sure every little detail was perfect. I will definitely be using their services again when I need them. Highly professional and punctual as well.

The guys were great. Very professional and down to earth. The trim and shelves look amazing and the new door jamb is perfect for the sliding barn doors. I will be using Quality Control again to fix my DIY mistakes again!

Great! I had no issues. It was done quite a while ago so I don't recall details.... I believe they came as a pair, which I knew before hand.... And fixed Sheetrock issues in home as well as other minor needs. Fast, curteous and stayed busy. Recommended!

The first set of replacement dropdown stairs were too big - not their fault. I was told by the young woman receiving their calls they would have some drywall for patching; they didn't, so I made a run to exchange the stairs and buy drywall. The drywall repair had to dry and was painted on the return trip. The repairs went well and these are decent people working hard at their trade. Compared to the Lowe's quote alone for installing the dropdown stairs, they were a better deal. At the time I believe their offer was $200 for 4 hours of work; it is actually 2 hours of work for the two of them. They had to drive about an hour to my home. I would feel comfortable using them again for handyman type repairs. This is actually the second time I have been asked by AL to write this review; I am not totally happy with AL as they seem to bury the reviews so they are hard to find!

Our experience was that he did a fine job and we were impressed with his hard work and professionalism. But, there was one thing that was not done as well as we had anticipated. We asked for kitchen cabinet hardware to be installed - now we have one drawer pull that is not level, and two others that need fixing. Otherwise, we were impressed with how much he got done in the time given, and would hire him again.

Work completed as promised and as expected.

I purchased a package on line and the package clearly noted "no expiration date". Admittedly, I delayed contacting the company and put it off until this past February (one year after purchasing the deal). When I did reach out he asked when I had purchased the deal so I let him know to which I received a one word response "wow". I apologized for the delay. He said he would locate the coupon and then work on getting me scheduled. I let him know I was out of town for a week and provided him the date I would be returning. He said he would be in touch and has never gotten back in touch. Honestly I am tired of following up with service providers who should be reaching out to me. I would not recommend.

Excellently. Shaun and Jeremy completed a list of projects I thought they'd only get halfway through. They were polite, respectful, and honest. I will definitely recommend and use them again. This connection alone is worth the Angie's List subscription.
