Did a great job on everything. Was on time and worked quickly. I am keeping this guys phone number in my contacts because I would definitely use him again!!!

He was punctual and very flexible with my schedule which changed several times. He completed my list of tasks and then asked what else he could do. He made suggestions and even helped me go through old paint cans and determine what I needed to keep and how I could discard those that I no longer needed. He went so far as to load my car with the discarded cans. I was very pleased and will use him whenever I have tasks around the house that I can not handle myself.

Shaun has done some good work for me but has also failed miserably at communication. He would like you to read his mind and kiss his you know what for paying him to do the work. He behaves like a bipolar child. I paid for him TWICE even after being "fired" as a client for purchasing the coupon the night before the job. The same thing happened on round three. I understood he was nervous at first. But after paying him TWICE, and leaving a glowing review without him knowing, you would think he would listen and understand...I don't have time for his games. He never said "if you don't buy the coupon by a certain time, you are off my schedule". He said I was on the schedule and he cancelled saying he didn't "feel like doing my painting" and because I am 100 lbs, single mom, with 3 kids the same size or smaller, he didn't want to have to move my furniture and take a long time to paint....this is all AFTER he had already painted test sections (huge ones) around all the doors in 3 rooms that were supposed to have paint. So, first he left my house for 2 weeks with an unpainted door (oh and the door was the wrong kind because of his poor communication. Way to go Shaun!) And then he left my house with paint around 3 doors in 3 different rooms that cannot stay that way for long. Each time, he tried to cancel (FIRE ME) right before doing the work but when we already had an arrangement/agreement verbally and I thought he finally had come around and understood I wasn't going to shaft him. Shaun...two words....you're FIRED! Bipolar Shaun is not someone you want doing work on your home. It will be left looking like white trash because he doesn't finish the work out and makes it so difficult to work with him you would rather do it YOURSELF, which is what I will probably do because now I am scared of hiring anyone who might behave the same way. I have pictures, texts, etc. evidence of all of this. Message me if you want to see them. Happy to provide and save you the headache so you don't have to say "she was right".

Shaun showed up a few minutes early to "get his bearings" on the various items on my job list. Then, he got right to work. He had me inspect each item he finished to make sure I was happy before starting the next. Believe it or not, he even CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF! Would I have Shaun come back for more work? ABSOLUTELY! I've already set up another appointment!!

Very good work. Shaun worked all day and went a little bit over the time to finish what he wanted to get done. His wood work and carpentry skills are terrific. He was really thorough in his clean up which I appreciate because I have small kids around. Shaun did the work I asked for, but also offered suggestions to improve the project, which were completely correct and exactly what I needed. I have already bought two more days. In a word - Outstanding. Thanks Shaun.

Did not order service. Angie's lid refunded my money for special coupon within 5 days.

Shaun was hardworking, prompt and courteous during my entire experience. I used a coupon for 6 hours of handyman work and had him stay for a few more hours afterwards. After moving in to an older home, we had many items on our to do list and Shaun was able to complete them all. I am so happy to have found an experienced, trust worthy and diligent handyman for my household needs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was not very good. He's a nice guy but he did a lousy job. After he left, there were so many problems with the painting, it was worse than before. I called and sent him text messages and told him to come back and fix those and said he will come back if the had time. Later he said he didn't have time come back. He got really rude and impatient the last time I contacted him and that's when he told me I'd do the touch up myself. The problem was that there were a lot of brush marks. Those marks are horrible. Now he wanted me to use a brush to do the touch up myself. I doubt he has that skill anyway because what he has done is really lousy. We ended up having to pay somebody else to repaint the whole kitchen cabinet. The money is totally wasted. I called him and he told me was busy and told me was booked solid in two weeks. I was in a hurry so he agreed to go out on a Saturday to help me with the painting. So in that regard, he's pretty nice and helpful. The job took him longer to finish so I paid for the extra hours. He also did a lousy job on the kitchen sink. He didn't know how to install the stoppers. He said those are really new and he has never seen it. A couple of week later, we came back to the house and found a water leak under the sink. We hired another guy to fix it and he told us that it was not installed correctly that's why it was leaking. I just want to let others know that he's not the best one for plumbing job or cabinet painting job.

I do not recommend this handyman. He never returned my phone call. update: maybe your solution to this problem is hire someone to return your potential customer's phone calls. People work and do not have the time to pull contractor's phone numbers from Angie's List, call them and wait for a return phone call. That's the least you can do.

I had a number of things to fix so purchased AL big deal. Shaun contacted me right away to plan ahead for what would be done. I didn't think he would be able to fix some of the wood outside, but he did a fantastic job, including getting the supplies for me at the store. Now my sinks work wonderfully, drywall in my bathroom looks like it never had a hole, my doors open and close, and I'm not worried about continued rotting of the wood outside. I would definitely hire them again.

Shaun was there early and began task immediately and was completed in the allotted time. Just a very, very pleasant experience.

Shaun is great!!! He was extremely nice and professional. He went out of his way to work around my work schedule and did an excellent job with the entire list I gave him. He did everything from installing a smoke detector, to caulking tile to building steps for my back deck. I would DEFINITELY use Shaun in the future and would recommend him to all friends and family!

They did a great job. They were really prompt in getting scheduled, great with communication, they are very thorough, in and out, not disruptive to our home at all and just very professional. I would use them again.

Quality Control Remodeling showed up with his son. He was good. They did good work for me and they worked hard during the time period that were at the house. The quality of their work was good and they did get their on time. They worked the whole time that they were supposed to. I really was quite comfortable with them. They were there on time.

Shaun contacted me shortly after I purchased the deal. We set an appointment date. I emailed him a list of the work I needed to be done. He called that morning to confirm he was on his way. I had a copy of the list ready to go. He went down the list and took care of each item on it. Everything was done and it was done well. I WILL definitely hire him again and I encourage others to do the same. You won't be disappointed!!

Everything went really, really well! He was very fast. Shaun was his name. The price was very good for all of the services provided and the quality was excellent as well.

It turned out fine. It was just one person that came out and he was a young kid. I didn’t like the way they bid, they don’t bid by job, they give you a certain amount of time and if they don’t finish in that time, you got to pay them more. So he didn’t finish and I paid him for another hour but the porch still didn’t get finished. It was a slow process and I understand that because he painted with a brush. He did a good job but I just normally don’t like to pay by the hour, I prefer to pay by the job and know what it would cost. I really thought they would finish it in a day, it was a six-hour job and I ended up paying an hour extra. I booked the job online but I did not hear back from them, other than the email confirming that they did get the order. We had discussed over the phone before I did that about them coming out on Monday but they never did get back with me by telephone to confirm that they would be here on Monday, so for a while I wasn’t sure if they were going to show up. I would use them again but under certain conditions.

He knew his work, did it pretty fast. The only problem was getting the correct parts needed for the work. He was not very communicative of what kind of part was needed for the job. But besides that the work was done fast and professional.

Shawn did an awesome job. He is prompt has excellent communication skills and very very professional. He takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to hire him for future projects. You can not go wrong hiring Quality Control Remodeling for your project.

When he finished the work on the laundry room, he asked if it was what I expected. i told him it was more than I expected.

If I had to create a list of the servicemen I have encountered, Shaun would be #1!! His professionalism, manners and abilities were beyond exceptional! He made sure every detail was covered. I was shocked when he walked in by himself, wondering where his "help" was. There's no doubt he didn't need it! I felt comfortable leaving my home and allowing him to be there by himself. He stayed until late, and even coming back the next morning to paint another coat of red paint in my daughter's bedroom! Quality, Price and Great Attitude....what a bargain!!!I I showed my daughters their bedrooms and they LOVED it!! Thanks, Shaun. You have inspired me to get more rooms painted!

They made room in schedule for us - Randy was on time, explained everything and took care of it. Professional, friendly service. Very comfortable to work with.

Shaun and his assistant was very prompt and professional. They did an excellent job cleaning, recaulking and sealing the shower. It looks almost new. I will definitely use him again.
