Shaun had told me he was extremely busy but would try & work me in. A few days later he called to set up an appointment to do the work. He & his helper arrived on time, worked steadly to complete the job, cleaned up the mess afterwards. Both were courteous & polite.

I bought 2 4-hour deal by mistake.. I returned them without any problem and then I bought 1 x 8-hour deal from the same provider.

He did a great job with my bathtub and shower tile...! it looks awesome now ....! i am very satisfied with his work and profesionalism.I will hire him again.....!

They did a great job. They were good. Everything they did was spot on. They fixed everything. The price was a little high but it was not bad. The quality of the work was good.

Great! They just get on task and get as much as they can done. It's like waving a magic wand. We had so many little things that needed replacement and fixing and it was great to have them take care of it without charging a ridiculous amount. The quality of work was great and you can't beat the price.

There was a small mix up on the date of service, but Shawn was able to juggle things around and still make it which I truly appreciated. He and Jesse showed up, surveyed the rooms and got right to work. I was a little nervous that they didn't use painting tape, but the rooms look beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the results. We plan to hire him again to finish painting the remaining rooms in the house. Thank you!!!

Arrived on time, work was completed as agreed upon and in a timely manner. Both tub areas look very good. Made a couple of good suggestions for maintenance. I was pleased with the service.

I bought the handyman for a day big deal and for $300 would have been glad to just have the living room beam covered and the fan installed (it sat in a closet for 9 months because I'm no good on a ladder). He far exceeded my expectations by replacing two light fixtures in our peaked foyer and stairwell ceilings and fixed the fascia on the front of the house. He worked quickly and carefully, and I'm still amazed by how much he accomplished in a day!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. There were no additional charges other than the big deal purchase.

He showed up on time with his 12 yr old son-he got right to work and did a great job with the flooring he put down......problem came when he ceased working at the 2 hr mark to which I questioned why this was and he sharply told me to look at the coupon, "It's 4 hrs for one handyman or 2 hrs for 2 handymen"......a twelve year old boy......really? It's too bad, he did do nice work, but professionalism (or lack thereof) matters and leaves a lasting impression as well as that feeling of being screwed over and so, I would definitely NOT be a repeat customer.

Run, do not walk to the phone and get on Shaun's list if you have handyman work to do. He is fast, focused, professional and does a quality job. You could not ask for more. I was sad to learn that Shaun does not regularly service my area, but since he accepted the job (not knowing my location) he honored his commitment, showed up, and did a fabulous job! I will be hard pressed to find someone that will be equal to his work for future needs. If you are in his area - consider yourself very lucky and don't even think about using anyone else!

Shaun was prompt and professional. His work is fantastic and he is very knowledgable. I plan to throw more projects his way.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was fine. This was the first time that we used them. They were very polite.

This provider was easy to work with. Set up a time for them to come out to paint one room. They were fast, clean, and did good work. Would use again.

Did a great job, showed up on time, trustworthy to work on his own. Shaun also took the time to help me change some lightbulbs, not just great work but also has the experience and knowledge to make reccommendations on what needs to be done.

He was great! Needed little supervision and was fast. I really liked that he committed to only items were going to do with regards to the time I had purchased. Overall was great. Will be using him again soon.

It was very good. The owner came out with his son and we had hired them for six hours and we ended up having just a miscellaneous list of all kinds of odds and ins and they ended up staying the whole day. They just did a whole bunch of stuff for us and they were really nice and efficient. They didn't waste any time. They suggested a couple of things and I ran out and got the materials. They did more than my initial list, which was great. They were very nice and they did a nice job too. The night before, they told me they were coming and what time they would arrive and everything so it was really good. He also asked me in advance specifically what I wanted him to do so he could be prepared, bring the right tools and have an idea so he didn't waste time when he got here with a lot of going through everything. It really went smoothly. He just kept us up-to-date on what he was doing and how long it was taking. He made sure that he did things exactly the way that we wanted it. I think he lived like 70 miles away and he was still on time.

Were very punctual, professional, and polite. Did a wonderful job! Showers looked great and NO MORE MOLD!!! Yay!

I can't say enough great things about Shaun and Quality Control Remodeling. He exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality of his work is unmatched by any painter I have ever used in the past. He is honest, hard working and genuinely a great person. His prices are very fair and he stayed quite late on the job to make sure I was satified. I was so happy with his work and I will definitely be using him again in the future. I highly recommend him.

I am so pleased with Shaun's work from start to finish! Shaun responds quickly to messages and delivers what he promises. It was important to me that Shaun owns his company and is also the one doing the work. He cares about his work and his customers. I feel like we had professional, quality work done at a great price. All my friends and family members who have come to see our new house over the last week have complimented Shaun's work. I am scared to hang anything on these walls because they look so good. I will certainly call Shaun when I decide what colors I want for the rest of this house. P.S. Valspar paint from Lowes was thicker and had better coverage than a store brand paint we purchased from another home inprovement store.

We bought this as a "Big Deal". Sean and his assistant were prompt and got the work done in one day. One of our rooms even required 3 coats, but they still had it done in a day. My only concern was that they did not putty any holes - we took care of our larger holes. If you want your nail holes puttied, you should do it yourself before hand.

The guys arrived on time & got straight to work. They were quick and efficient.
