Quality Control Remodeling

This is the 2nd time i have used Shaun and Quality Control. Just as in the past he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and went right to work and the result was great. Not only did the tubs look great but they look brand new!!! Would definitely recommend.

Showed up on time. Some rooms needed 2 coats and they were still finished by 2pm. It all looks great.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and my experience with them was excellent. They were more than excellent in fact. They did a tremendous amount of work. They had a long list and they can do anything. They put in the time they said they would. They were very polite and very respectful. They would show me what they did, when they did any items. They also asked me to look at the pictures to check if they had done it correctly. They were extremely fast on what they did. They did everything very well. The big deal price was a fantastic value for what they did. I’m starting a list already, and hope I can file them together for them to come back.

I just moved to texas with two young kids, and could not have asked for better help than what Shaun and his sweet son provided. Punctual, hard working, kind, quality work, so incredibly helpful. I am most grateful and much more at peace with our new house thanks to them! Would recommend first and over and over again!

Very punctual. Arrived on time with his teenage son who was assisting him for the day. Instead of 1 man for 8 hours, I received 2 men for 4 hours. Finished all the job within the 4 hours. Got to work immediately and was professional. Would use again in the future.

Shaun is reliable, personable & competent. He arrives ready to work on time. He is quick & efficient. He mainly performed a variety of electrical tasks, but handled all on my to-do-list well.

Company was responsive however I'm concerned that there was a miscommunication on the jobs that needed to be done. Provider indicated that they would try to get everything done on the list, but did not provide time estimates for each task or what I needed to prioritize. When I went to pick up supplies, there was a question of why I needed so much wood to repair maybe 12 ft. of fascia board (I was instructed to purchase 6 - 1X6X8 treated boards). At my colleague's recommendation, I did not purchase the wood until I could get clarification on what Quality thought I was asking. Along with the failure of another service provider's non-responsiveness, it would have adversely impacted the work I needed Quality to complete. And considering the time constraints I am under, I could not afford to have any of the jobs not completed by the designated date. That is why I am cancelling the work and requesting a refund.

These guys are sooo awesome. This is the 2nd time I have had them come out. They are prompt, courteous and do excellent work.

I purchased 6 hours of service but only used 2 hours. Rain kept him from providing some of the items i needed done outside so i guess i overpaid. Work was done quickly but i had to do some pickup work cause his helper left things out and didnt complete his tasks

The painters did a great job! Very impressed by their quality of work and friendliness. Two men painted our living room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Worked hard from 8:30 - 2, took an hour lunch break, then returned and finished in about another 2 hours. Would definitely recommend and use for future paint jobs!

They were not cooperative and I was not impressed with his customer service. I would use him again.

Quality Control Remodeling went way beyond the call of duty. He gave me some good advice on how to keep my drain clean and gave me other advice. He was very professional, very courteous and very helpful. He was awesome. I would absolutely use him again. I have no doubt I'll be using him again.

Service provider was unable to provide the services I was needing a handy man for, but was happy to get my big deal money refunded.

They arrived ahead of time & I was able to explain everything to them before I headed off to work. I had a list written out and they marked off as they completed an item. Very nice and polite gentlemen. My adult granddaughter was with them off and on. I was not the least bit concerned to leave them. Everything was completed very well & they cleaned up behind themselves. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

There was a little mix up on the address, but it did not cause much of a delay in the work.

They cleaned up after themselves and neatly filled a Bagster at the curb for pickup. No muss no fuss. I hired another group to drywall the bathroom next week after the plumber sets the tub. My husband, who is a true skeptic, asked if I could use them more in this project. Regrettably i cannot this time, but I will definitely use them again as our house was built in 1983. We all know there will be more projects down the road. It is nice to know who to call when they arise. Excellent service provider.

This house is located in southwest Houston, not on the outskirts of town. If the company doesn't service standard areas in the city, I think this should be made clear on the coupon before someone makes the investment, waits a few days to be told their area is not serviced, and then is forced to wait an additional 7-10 days for a refund.

They are arrive a little early ans was very polite. They were shown the materials and the areas that need therepair. They proceeded to start the work and finished in the alotted time. They fixed replace the exteriror lights and corked both bathroom and installed the support hinges to hold the rod up.
