Good quality installation and system -- they did what they said they would do and did so quickly.

They did a really good job and we had a good experience with them. They are prompt with follow-up when calling for maintenance and we haven't had any problems at all.

The 3rd of 3 estimates. A tad more expensive than the first two, but well worth it. Brad Moore spent an hour inspecting all 8 zones to determine problem areas and the number and types of heads required for a more efficient system. Went out to truck & wrote up itemized proposal and presented on the spot. Very professional. Took a couple of weeks to get on the schedule, but sent small crew the next day to cap off one entire zone to allow for deck construction. The crew of 6 arrived on time on the scheduled day with all necessary equipment, (ditch witch, valve locator, etc.). Brad met with crew in the morning to review all aspects of work to be done. They worked quickly and efficiently, were polite, and cleaned up well after job was complete. Took care to avoid cutting existing electrical and cable wiring. Repaired all drip irrigation tubing unavoidably cut during process. Head crewman was very knowledgeable. Checked all zones upon completion, addressed a couple of minor issues before leaving and demonstrated how to use new controller. (Also replaced an additional head next to driveway that got run over while they were working, for which we were not charged.) All done within 8 hours. Brad returned a couple of days later to inspect. Very pleased with all aspects of the job and the company. Excellent!

They arrived promptly replaced the sprinkler and check out the sytem in under an hour. We had called Will Fix first since they worked on our sprinkler system last year and we do have a maintenance contract with them. The guy showed up and said he would fix it for $500 then when we showed him the invoice from last year said he could fix it for $366. We told him no thank you. We received the bill in the mail today from Moore Irrigation Services, Inc and it cost $81 to fix it.

My experience with John Moore irrigation was superior. Brad and Mario responded in a timely manner to my emails and phones calls. They asnswered all my questions in a friendly and professional manner. The job was completed on time by friendly employees. I am very staisfied with the system. I consider this a well spent investment. I have already recommended Moore irrigations to friends.

Brad was very quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to quickly come on site to review my needs and provide an estimate. Brad was very courteous and honest about what I needed to support my design for a finished yard and his estimate was very reasonable. It didn't take me long to make a decision! Once I agreed to move forward with Moore Irrigation, we had a minor slip in communication regarding when they were going to perform the work as I was not notified about the scheduled date until that week. We talked about that and my expectations may have been different from what is standard. They were certainly flexible and worked well with the landscaper I had hired (a solid recommendation on their part). Once on site Brad's crew knocked out the job in no time and the quality of the work was great. There was a small list of items to address after the install and Brad took care of those during his walk through with me. All in all this was a great installation and experience. I will not hesitate to call on Brad again for future work and I will certainly refer Moore Irrigation to others.

The whole experience was good. He is very professional and punctual. The thing that stood out to me was that he customized my solution to give me a good value. He was very accommodating to my needs and the work that I needed done. He performed high quality work and used quality parts.

It went very well! Mr Moore even came a second time, as requested, to confirm the area we wanted covered. After receiving a couple other estimates we felt we needed confirmation so there would be no confusion. His was the best estimate and his knowledge of irrigation systems, sprinkler heads, and well systems, gave us confidence that we could trust him. He also gave us confidence that if anything was not done exactly as we wanted, he would take care of it. Upon completion, Mr Moore came back personally to check that all had been done as requested and upon discovering something had not, he sent back a couple guys to change it. Mr Moore is honorable, does business on a hand shake with no money upfront, and works with a good crew, large enough to complete our area of approximately two acres in only two days. We would highly recommend them!

This is my second time having Moore Irrigation out to work on my sprinkler system. They always arrive when they say and get right down to business. They are very knowledgable, professional and courteous as well. Their rates are very reasonable as well. I will continue to call them for all my lawn irrigation needs. A gem of a company!

Mr. Brad was informative and his crew delivered as promised with quality workmanship.

I had small sprinkler heads replaced with larger and more coverage.They had told me on the estimate that the job would take 3 hours.The installer was there about 45 minutes.The price was certainly too high as I have compared with other same type of service.They will not receive a call back from me.

The experience turned out really well. The guy was really good about coming by to make sure everything was okay. He offered any future help with programming the system. He was friendly and approachable.

They were punctual and completed the job on time. They also cleaned up very well.

I asked Moore Irrigation to provide me with an estimate on installing a sprinkler system for me new home. Their bid was the lowest of the three estimates I received. I was impressed with the estimate, because their approach was to install a mix of manufacturers equipment (Rainbird, Hunter, Irritrol, Weatherline) to get a best-of-breed system. Brad Moore, the owner, arrived on time for the estimate, and answered all of my questions. When I later informed him that he would award the contract to him, he let me know that my job would be about 3 weeks out. 2 1/2 weeks later, Brad called me on a Friday to let me know that his crew could begin work the following Monday morning. The crew of 3 arrived at 8:00 AM on Monday and completed the work by noon the next day. Brad made an appointment with me to come back out to review the work and instruct me on use of the controller, which he covered thoroughly. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the work as performed, and would not hesitate to use the company again for future needs.

Overall A rating. I am impressed with the ease and power of the controller. It's a slick design. Now three weeks later and no problems with any part of the system. We got three quotes. Brad was the highest but turns out he was the only one to detail his design. From what I can tell, he builds to last. No "tail light" warranty. He promised a 2/5 year warranty in writing. He treated me like a commercial customer.

We were in the process of looking for a sprinkler company and had set up estimates...then the big drought of 2011 hit and we have had to put a watering project on hold...that said, of all the services we contacted...and there were many....Moore showed up on time was very professional and they had a reasonable quote. Many others either didn't return calls, didn't show or you could not get them to come out for a month to even look at the yard .... if all goes well and we get the water situation back on track we contact Moore. Will keep you posted.

They have come out a couple of times. They have been responsive and have done very good work. We had a sprinkler system installed by another company. They were really lousy and ended up going bankrupt. They never responded to customers? calls after they got their money. They were basically gone whenever we needed help. We used Moore Irrigation Services to fix some of those issues. They were here whenever they said they would be here and were fairly priced. They were who they said they were.

They are fabulous people, they did a great job and they come back until you are satisfied. They worked with another company in getting my whole yard fixed. They are great people and I've recommended them to others. They are nice people to work with. I'm the type person that if someone is here I am out there talking to them to make sure nothing is being damaged. They were very nice to let me do that, they are just a great group. They come back and take care of it until it's right. I didn't know that there are all these adjustments you have to do to them, I thought when they put it in it all over lapped. They just kept coming back and a couple weren't in the right place so they moved them and stuff like that. They are just very nice people and they did a good job. I have no complaints. They pricing was in with something else, it was a good price for everything that was done. The workers and owner were very nice people. I would recommend them to family, friends and anyone else.
