Professional pair of repair men. Knowledgeable and accurate in diagnosis and repair. Only "complaint" is that they missed their arrival window by 2 hours without contacting me.

Had a very short notice repair due to the house being under contract to sell. They came out and found the problems and fixed them and then did an entire system check to make sure everything worked. Also hired them to do landscape work, dirt and sod around the foundation, the work has been scheduled but not completed at this time, but I don't expect any problems.

I had a harder repair than most. Took longer than expected but all is good now.

once the matn (Mike) arrived and he dug into the two valves to be replace, he said that they were very unusal valves and the cost would be exhorbiant... never an amount mentioned. Prior to his arrival he indicated that to replace two valves and soloniiods would be about $150 each. My system is evidently old and he did not have the parts to fix it on the spot. He did not offer a revised estimate but indicated it would be well over $500 at which point, I asked him to just cover up what he had dug up and to forget it because that was an expensive solution. he then charged me a service call of $95 and nothing was repaired when he left. I am still in a bind needing the system repaired but lost as to who to call. VERY DISAPPOINTED IT COULD NOT BE REPAIRED AT THE PREVIOUS ESTIMATED COST OF APPROX $300.

I was a bit worried initially as no one showed up between the 3-4 pm appointment time. I called to make sure I hadn't gotten it wrong. The office called me back after the initial call to tell me Mike was running late and would be there around 6:30. Mike promptly got to work and fixed the two known problems I had. He also diagnosed a number of other sprinkler heads that were malfunctioning. He had everything up and running an hour and a half later. He replaced 7 risers and adjusted the sprinkler heads. Based on the one previous repair I had using another contractor, I was expecting a a bill of hundreds of dollars. I was shocked that the total bill was only $130. The only negative was that he never got around to fixing the two sprinkler heads I pointed out to him early on that had not worked for a number of years. Since I was getting total coverage on my lawn after he made the repairs/adjustments (those two heads only water some bushes) and it was almost 8:00 pm when he finished, it was easy to overlook. I will have to get him back out to fix those at some point. Overall, very satisfied with the work and the price.
