They were on time, very nice. found the problem very fast. Fixed system and checked each section. They were great and very professional. Would say "GIVE THEM A CALL IF YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR SPRINKLER SYSTEM".

Is there a 6-star option??? This company was amazing. Going down the list, we'd initially called another contractor (LIS) who wanted to charge $75 simply for coming out during business hours. No thank you. American came right away and provided fast, honest, quality service. We will be using them for upgrades and system improvements because they were just that impressive...and just genuinely seem to be good-hearted people who take pride in their work and in their honor. Not only will we gladly call American in the future, we'll also highly recommend them to others.

The customer service was great. They kept in contact and informed us about scheduling and repairs and when they were on the way at 7am! The technicians were knowledgeable and got our system fixed. Would hire again.
