 + -1 moreWe were receiving quotations for window treatments for our entire house. We decided on a mix of wood blinds as well as plantation shutters and decided on MITS for all of our window treatments because of the combination of price and quality. We had a choice of products and found product that was a good combination of quality and fair pricing compared to products offered by other companies that had also provided us quotes. We began the project in December with the installation off all the wood blinds. The lead time was short and the service and installation was smooth. We love our new blinds and couldn't be happier with the end result. The satisfaction with "Phase I" of our window treatment purchase lead us to continue with MITS for "Phase II" which will be installation of plantation shutters. So far with the service we received with the measurements and confirmation of final options for the shutters we expect to be just as satisfied with the shutters as we are the blinds. The owners of MITS (Lake Travis Area) have been great to work with, have been friendly and professional, and available for any questions or changes that came up in our decision making process.
