Description of Work: Price was more than a trip to the dump but I would have had to have made a minimum of 2 trips to the dump not to mention the cost of fuel and my time. The bottom line is it cost me less than if I had done it myself so I guess the price was not super great but very reasonable. I'm a great collector of junk so I will probably be using them again.

Description of Work: The Haul Guys did an excellent job for us. They stayed in contact with us, came on time and cleaned up quickly. The price was very reasonable, even with the few paint cans that cost extra to haul. We were very pleased and have called them since to haul another load of trash away. Again, they communicated, were prompt, and took care of things quickly. We couldn't be more pleased.

Description of Work: Mark was friendly and clear on the phone about pricing and services for this small trash hauling job at our house. The two young men he sent were on time, extremely courteous, and did a good job of cleaning the site after they loaded the truck.  + -1 moreIt was the very best customer service experience I have ever had, seriously, from start to finish. Not only did they do what I asked for, but went the extra mile, cleaning up weeds and then after dumping soil from all the old plant containers, they proceeded to spread all the soil out onto the grassy areas! Mark was kind and professional on the phone in the beginning, and throughout, as was his employee Robert. They were remarkably clean (just coming from another bigger job) and in uniform, and Mark remembered everything I had told him on the estimate visit - yes, he came out same day to provide the estimate. They even knew how to handle my cocker spaniel! And I must add, we are on a corner lot, so the backyard is quite large, and the cinder blocks were plentiful. These guys moved fast, with a wheelbarrow each, never dropping anything! Wow! After doing all of that, they went back out into the yard, and picked up all that was left, placing my beloved ceramic pots carefully onto my patio "for safety." I was so impressed that I tried to give Mark an extra tip, which he adamently refused. I have already set him up to aid my brother-in-law; Haul Guys will be taking care of leftover garage sale items and trash after a big move. LOVE THIS COMPANY!
Description of Work: Mark and Robert cleared away trash, cinder blocks, plastic plant containers, dead plants, paving squares, broken wheelbarrow, broken water hoses, broken lawn furniture, and large stones broken out of holes we planted several trees in. I asked them to "make the backyard a clean slate."
