I called during a stormy time and was promised a call on Thursday for an appointment. I called after noon and was forgotten. We did get the work done on Friday at the agreed upon dolllar amount. One of the techs forgot to clean up inside the front window; otherwise they were very curteous and professional (that's why they only got a 4.5 instead of a five). I would recommend Metroplex for any glass or mirror project and am keeping their card in case I need them in the future.
