About 15 minutes before appointment, called to say he was running about 1 hour behind schedule. Arrived 15 minutes after the "1 hour". Gave 2 options and quotes for both (both lower than competition). Estimated installation date. Arrived on scheduled day; installation was quick and neat. Recommended this contractor to my neighbor who hired them and had their work done the same day as ours.

Barry was so helpful and informed me of all my options from the simplest to the most comples. And when I asked him to check the seals on my other windows he did so and didn't even try to make an extra buck by suggesting things I didn't need. I definitely would recommend him to others!
