Prompt call to schedule a window replacement, and was on time for actually coming to the house. He had the correct type & size glass, did a quick removal of the old one and installed the new. Sealed it well and washed it inside & out ... plus the adjacent windows. Quick and easy - good service and personable guy to deal with.
