Dallas Movin Co

The movers arrived promptly at the scheduled time; however, the job that was performed was less than satisfactory. We had requested 2 movers for 3 hours since we live in a 2-bedroom apartment on the third floor. Three movers arrived, one of which did very little to help. The movers seemed ill prepared and unable to come up with an efficient way to load the truck, thus wasting a great deal of time and turning what should have been a 3 hour job into a 5 hour job. I called the person in charge, Hector, asking for an explanation to justify the 5 hours that was charged to our credit card. His only explanation was that if his guys said it was a 5 hour job, then the time taken was accurate and that there must be circumstances to have caused them to take that much time. He said that he would ask his guys about it and call us back, but otherwise would stand behind the charges. We have never heard back from him. Upon arrival at our destination, the movers we hired to unload the truck only took 1 1/2 hours to unload the same belongings it took the Dallas Movin Company to load over a 5 hour period. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

AMAZING! We contacted Dallas Movin Co. last minute to inquire about getting some help to load our moving truck. By last minute, I mean they day before we needed help. Did I mention that I called them on Easter Sunday? My call was answered right away and I was told we could have a 2 man crew here at noon today.
Two clean-cut, very polite gentlemen arrived right on time and immediately got to work. They treated everything from our sofa to our flat screen to our dishes with care, and they were FAST! They also ended up saving us quite a bit of money because of how well they packed our truck - the less space we took up, the more we saved!
Overall we were beyond thrilled with the services provided to us by this company and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing help with a move!
