It was a free estimate. We liked the design; it was the stone that we wanted for the home. We went and looked at some of their work and it wasn't what we wanted so we decided not to go with them. They were pretty responsive. He cancelled once and then came out the next day.

I think that they sell really usable products. The pictures of the products that they present online are very close to the product you get. It all depends on the artist and the feel of the masons that come out to do the work because it is all limestone blow-on and then they have to color it, shade it and shape it to the stone that you want it to look like. It was pretty close. From a distance, I cannot really tell that this is a different-looking stone than the other stones on the house. It is hard for them to work around sticker bushes so they tore those up pretty good but they were careful to take care of my property for what they had to do and where they were doing it. You have to make sure that you are working with examples from the team that is actually going to do your house because it is very skill-related. It was a blown-on limestone and they frame it. They blow it into the form. They did not clean up very well. I may use them again in the future depending on the project.

The sales representatives were responsive and sent a team out promptly to provide a quote. The work was then scheduled and performed in a reasonable time frame. The installers were very professional, efficient, and responsive to any suggestions or concerns. We are very pleased with the final product, which turned out exactly as we had hoped. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to create a natural stone appearance with less hassle and less cost than installing natural stone.

Overall experience - terrible with porches. We felt like we were the test for the company. The porches were completed in October 2011. We reported the defects within weeks of completion. Many emails, texts, phone calls have been made with the promise of making it right with no results.

I was satisfied with their work. They cleaned up after themselves.

Workman showed up on time each day and were extremely professional.

They did a beautiful job! They told us to go to a granite place to find granite that we liked, then they'd replicate it to the best of their ability, which they did! We had a couple of small issues, but they were very attentive and fixed them right away. Everything went well overall.
