Description of Work: Dan & and his team did an amazing job in an extremely professional manner. They completely painted the interior of our house (ceilings, woodwork, etc) including removal of wallpaper and faux finish texturizing. They did an incredible job in finishing our garage floor. I should have said that the house we moved into is 20 years old and while tastefully done at that time had not been updated. Dan replaced appliances (including cabinet modification and some granite work), kitchen sink, wall vents, built in grill, replaced exterior lighting. I am sure I forgot somethings that he and his team did because all I had to do was mention something needed to be done and it was done! I would definitely use Dan for any future work we may plan to do.

Description of Work: Will never use again! Always attempted to cut corners and use the cheapest materials. Will not return calls unless he is ready to be paid. Requires extreme pressure to do the job correctly. Focused on money, not customer service.

+ 1 moreI’ve had him before as well and his prices are good. He does good work. He’s most willing to help and he gives good suggestions. He’s careful and his men clean up well after themselves. They came when they said they were going to come. When he says something, we check that out. When I say something, we check that out. It takes working on both ends to do the remodeling of the bathroom or any kind of work. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: I’ve used Chipman Contracting Repair-Painting in the past. I last used their services two weeks ago. He’s doing our bathroom right now and he’s not yet finished the work. He checked on different things and we talked about various things before starting the work.

+ 0 moreThey are very attentive to detail. He is a bit of a perfectionist. They work very quickly. Once they got to me the job got done quick. The project took about 4 days, but I did have to wait for them to get to me to get started. They were excellent. They made sure they put plastic over the doorways that lead to other areas of the house. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day to make sure nothing was scattered around. They had their own trash receptacle. Everyone was honest. It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: They remodeled my bathroom and master bedroom. I bought the materials, such as the vanity, etc. The price is including materials and labor.
