They carried out their task very professionally did a good job and took care of the raft in our house. They are very responsive they come out and did their job very efficiently and they knew were to go and what to do.

 + -1 moreI have been using for six years, so I think that says a lot about them. They send out the same person to treat my house and he knows my cats. They are a very professional company and they give me suggestions on how to eliminate rodents. Once he has completed the treatment, he does a walk through with me to show the areas that were treated. They just go above and beyond in my opinion.
Description of Work: They spray the inside and outside of my house for all types of pests including mice and rats. They come on a quarterly basis and that is how I pay them. I have a 2600 square foot house.

 + -1 moreThe tech, Wayne, was very polite, professional, was early for the appointment and got in out quickly. He checked out the typical hot spots for ants and roaches inside, and determined no treatment was needed. He provided several non-chemical insect/roach traps to be placed in those areas just in case, and indicated we could call for additional internal treatment, if we noticed any pest activity. I like the companys philosophy of not overtreating for problems that dont exist. I also inquired about termite prevention, and was told that for a house as old as mine, if no termintes have ever been present, its unlikely they ever will be, and if an infestation were to occur, it would probably not cost much more to treat, than to do the preventative... refreshing honesty.
Description of Work: Initial service in a quarterly preventative spraying program. The first visit is more expensive than the quarterly followups ($135 first visit, approx. $95 for subsequent visits). When you sign up for the quarterly program, they will come back and retreat between scheduled treatments, as needed at no cost. Mention their web site when placing a service call, and get $25 off the initial visit. I was referred by a co-worker, that has used them for several years.
