Alliance Apartment Movers

1. Boxes were smashed, crumbled and broke apart because they were stacked wrong. Items were falling out. I had wardrobe boxes that were laid down flat and not standing up. All of my boxes were packed and labeled. 2. Furniture was not properly wrapped up for moving. I did not see any moving blankets used in the apartment when they were moving. If they used moving blankets it was probably in the truck but definitely not while moving in and out of the apartments. 3. Mattress was not wrapped with some type of covering. So the mattress was basically sitting and and moved around on bare floor. 4. My 82in tv screen was poorly wrapped and protected. I saw them actually at one point about to have the TV leaned on the wall on the LED screen side. Tenants even saw that. 5. I spotted them dragging furniture across the floor and zig zagging through the hallway bumping the furniture on the walls in the hallway. 6. Since this process wasn't well prepared with a plan, it took a very very long time to properly organized the truck for all my items. We had to take 2 trips since the truck wasn't big enough. 7. It took 9 hours to move my items 5 minutes away. 8. Even though I was told about a time frame but I was very specific that I couldn't work like that and needed a specific time so that I can book accordingly with the other property. I needed a straight answer in advance so that I can choose what was the best option. I've called and I also never gotten a reply in general that I was promised. 9. This is by far the absolute worst ever moving company I have ever experienced for the price of $1000 bucks. I also still gave a tip out of the kindness of my heart to the movers. 10. The movers were very nice and humble but it showed there was hardly any experience doing this. 11. From previous moving experience I was always asked in advanced what items I am moving, how many boxes and how large. But I was never asked that which is why this was poorly planned out. The person in charge name is Manny. He denied proof of an email I sent out stating the reservation hours. He denied saying that he was not informed I needed a strict 8am moving schedule slot and to get to back to me if that was not possible. He is very dismissive, delusional and a flat out liar. Worst moving experience ever. I do not recommend them at all.

Do not use!!!! They are scam artist, I paid but only half of items were moved and they left things behind without returning including a big screen TV among other things, Movers kept asking me for water because they didn't bring their own and was far from professional, I never was introduced and he scribbled his name on contract but he was middle age Hispanic male about 30, When 2 hours was almost up ( I had my Fitbit timer on ) the mover says he left his drill at my apartment and ask me to retrieve it,When I returned he charged me the extra 30 mins! Called manager (Manny) to complain but he believed the mover who told him several untrue statements, I ask to be refunded 30 mins since I went back to get his tools but was told nobody twisted your arm to go back and get it, So the issue was never resolved, Several bad reviews on other websites and I believe this one is in Irving, Texas but list main office in Carroliton,Texas,When I called to get reimbursed for all the water he drank he said ** and hung up on me.

Alliance did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone. With no notice on a Sunday, they came and quickly moved all of our stuff from one apartment to another 6 miles way and about 2 hours and 15 minutes. They were totally professional.
