They were good. They were very accommodating. They did the job well. Their price was good. I would use them in the future.

Their prices are very reasonable. We have dogs and they do a good job getting those spots up. They are always right on time. They will move the furniture if necessary. They are aprticularly good on animal urine spots.

The area to be cleaned was 4000 sq ft. They were very good to work with. There were quite a few stains that nobody before had been able to take out for the last couple of years, but they got all of them out. They did an excellent job. I felt very confident when they were done. They told us what they would do and told us the price. They also told us how much time it would take to finish the job. They came through better than what they said. They were efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. Their cost was actually the lowest that we had to pay with best results. We are very, very pleased with them. I have already recommended them to others.

The carpets turned out great and it only took approximately 2 hours to complete the job.

They were good. The guy was very prompt. He was here in Kyle and that's why I chose to use him. The price was fair. I would use him again in the future.

Harvey was right on time and immediately went to work. It took about an hour from beginning to end. Afterwards, all the furniture was stacked on pieces of foam to assist in the drying stage. The carpets looked great, even the 20 year old hallway carpet looked new. I highly recommend Harvey Carpet Care.

Harpers is a one man operation ran by a really nice guy named Harley. This was my 3rd time using Harper's Carpet Care. Harley set up my appointment and confirmed the morning of the appointment. He arrived on time and did an excellent job removing stains that I thought would never come out. He is very knowledgeable and explained and answered all my questions. I believe he is IICRC certified, meaning he has taken some advanced classes in carpet care. His pricing is excellent, I paid what I would expect one of the big companies with unskilled technicians would charge. I felt very comfortable & safe with Harley working in my home. All three of my experiences wih Harper's carpet care have been similar.

Great price, very professional. I was moving out of a rental property into a house I just built and called Harper's to shampoo and clean the carpets. They looked brand new after he was done! Great job.

The service tech was on time, studied the carpet condition, and went to work. Within an hour the carpets were clean. Nice work.

Mr. Harper arrived right on time at 1:30 and was done by 2:45. He looked over the carpets first and asked about the age of the carpets. He explained the cleaning process and asked if I wanted to do a teflon coating (I did in a high traffic room). He explained the process of cleaning a wool area rug when I asked him about it (I decided not to have that rug cleaned at this time). When he was done, he asked me to look over everything to make sure I was satisfied and explained how long it would take to dry. Overall, he worked very efficiently, was friendly and professional, and I felt his pricing was very fair. I would highly recommend Harper Carpet Care.

He arrived only 10 minutes later than the appointment time. He went right to work after explaining what he was going to do. After completing the job, he assured me the carpets would be dry in 6 hours, which they were. We were pleased with the results and will probably call him back to clean the upholstery on the couch.

He arrived on time at 9:30 a.m and was completely finished by 11:30 a.m. He was very professional and thorough.
