Hello (member name removed), I noticed your review grade and the comments and wanted to get back with you for some clarification. The application you purchased was 2 applications in one mixture. The big deal you purchased was not for 2 separate applications so I apologize if you were expecting us to come out again. In order to keep a clean & healthy yard I encourage my clients to sign up for our yearly program which consists of 3 weed applications & 3 fertilizing applications. When you purchased this big deal you asked that we not try to sell anything further than the big deal application you had purchased so we respected your request . I have not been contacted further by you so if you have sent an email or tried to contact our offices I apologize for the lack of response you received. It will be addressed and we hope to not overlook someone in the future if that is the case. We have never had a "D" review so I felt it was important to explain our position. Description of Work: We have used them several times now. The first time thy came out and fixed a mess the a previous landscaper had done. They changed out the plants and changed out the mulch that I told the other landscaper I was allergic to. Moved some plants around that we're put in the wrong place. The second time we used them was for seasonal change. Very happy. Now we are to the third time. We thought we had a sprinkler break due to the last ice storm that we had. I called and spoke with Scott and explained what I thought had happened and that I had no water. He came out and fixed it. Little did I know what happened until I spoke with him when I got home and he was still here working on it. The landscape lighting that the builder put in caught fire. It caught the mulch on fire. The sprinkler system put the fire out and was melted in the process. Needless to say Scott went above and beyond in the fact he repaired the system and it was in the 30's got the water back.
