I would not recommend using them. Our dining room was flooded. It was not managed properly. The price was average. I wouldn't use them again. I would tell others to charge the service on the credit card and definitely do not release them from that because they'll put a hole on the credit card. They wouldn't be able to get the payment until I release them from satisfying me first. They were very responsive coming out. The people who came out didn't have the brains. I was concerned with the water getting in the house. They were early, but it took two days to finish the job. They were responsive to the damage done and my concerns, but weren't responsive to everything. They were punctual. The owner was professional, but his wife was not responsive. She was polite and courteous, but next time I run into a trouble like that I would go to the contractor directly. I would recommend going to the BBB and getting the claims. I interrupted the cash flow and my intention was just to get my money back. I just wanted to get my damages resolved. They paid me $1000 to fix the bookshelves, which was destroyed and it worked out cheaper for me.

Saw this company at the Home and Garden Show, February of 2012 and the two guys seemed really nice and interested in our needs of landscaping. Set up an appointment for an estimate to come out for landscaping and a deck. They showed up as agreed and took measurements and listened to what we wanted and was at the house for about an hour. They said they would get back to us by phone call or e-mail...after about a week we called and and left a message. Still no e-mail or a returned phone call after about three weeks, so after this it had been over a month and decided to go with someone else that was more interested in doing our landscaping.

I asked them about the sprinkler being right next to the brick but they told me it was okay. I figured they knew what they were doing since they had the best rating in College Station. As a result of them placing it right up against the brick, the grout is going to seep. It totally got in to a third of our dining room, it ruined two book cases, and we had to get new carpet. The only other option we had was to take him to small claims court so we just decided to eat that money. The guy that runs the company probably knows what he is doing but the guys that work for him obviously don?t. Half of them couldn?t speak English and, for me, that?s a red flag. The price sounded good to me but I don?t know what the average price is. The work was a nightmare. I had them come back and move the sprinklers two feet from the house and garage which they did free of charge. They were here on time to install the system but they came out a few days late. I would not recommend them to anyone.
