Matt was very responsive from the time we requested a quote until the job was finished. After installation he had to make one service call to adjust some flashing, again he was timely in servicing. Matt, at Alamo Patio Covers, put a large pergola over our cement patio. It's beautiful. He is nothing but professional. I can't find one thing that I'm unhappy about. Our patio was covered with a pergola and while it was pretty to look at, the patio and furniture were always dirty making it difficult to enjoy. Matt removed the existing cover and replaced it with a metal patio cover and we added a screened in enclosure and it is exactly what we wanted only better!! Matt did an amazing job and paid a lot of attention to detail. He has a very high work ethic and his goal is to have a happy customer. Back in December when we had a heavy snow, our sun-screened room fell in. Matt came in and did a great job taking out the old and hauling it off.
