Communication with the business was terrible. Every single time I was told I'd be called back, I wasn't. I had to reach out to them and often my call was not returned, and this was after we already agreed on a time for someone to come out. After the initial quote, we agreed on a time a few days away and they showed up 6 hours early because they were in the area. No phone call or anything to tell me or ASK me if that was ok. I dedicated an entire day for this repair. However, once the work began, it was done quickly and they seemed to be knowledgeable about the sprinkler system. When it was completed, they asked for payment but had no way to accept a card, which isn't a big deal since they'll send an invoice, but in 2019 this should be considered a basic tool.
