Description of Work: I know I liked the help this company gave me, but I honestly do not remember many of the details. I know I needed some lights added to the outside of my house. He discovered there were already light fixtures in the eaves of the roof which had been painted over. He took the painted glass plates down, put in mew light bulbs, and I had outside lights! | |They helped me prior to this with my parents house. I called them out about a dead plug near the Christmas tree. It turned out to be my parents mistake, and not a faulty plug. Since he was out there, and he had to charge them for coming out, he asked if there was anything else he could help with. He fixed an outside plug that was dead for no extra charge. I really liked that he was so willing to be helpful to them.

Description of Work: They replaced the ballast in my laundry room and put in the appropriate (modern) fluorescent fixtures. There was no delay in them coming out, and the technician worked very quickly. I was pleased with the service and would use them again.

They promptly called our tenants but our tenants were able to figure out the problem with the GFCI outlet and didn't need there services after all. They were very prompt with calling our tenants.

Description of Work: Rich Services came out and did a wiring check at my elderly parents' house. They were very thorough and replaced a few ground fault outlets. My parents are now very content knowing their home has been checked and is safe.

Description of Work: They upgraded my home's electrical system by adding a whole house breaker and grounding system. They arrived on time and finished in a timely fashion. There were no surprises and no hassle.

Description of Work: The electrician arrived later than scheduled, but a phone call to the company quickly gave me an arrival update. Tech arrived and quickly installed 5 ceiling fans + a garage light in about half the time estimated, and therefore half the cost estimated too. Very pleased with the work!!

Description of Work: I called Stillhouse to check a Christmas tree plug that was getting hot in my parent's home. They came out within two days, and checked the plug and the outlet. While he was testing to see if he had fixed the problem, he fixed another outlet for my Dad. I really appreciated the service man's attitude about fixing other things while he was already there. The price was very reasonable.
