The service manager was incredibly helpful. Definitely mention you are from Angie's List. He explained all my options and was very upfront about potential costs. The tech was about 15 minutes late, which is my only minor quibble. But the tech was great and clarified that the problem was probably very minor and could probably be fixed just by tightening a few things. Obviously, I would have had no clue, and they could have run up the bill. But they didn't, and so far everything is working perfectly despite only a $75 bill.

inal electrician, but he is out of business!I called Stillhouse Electrical Contractors and told them of my problem. They came out when we agreed upon a time and were timely. He quickly found the problems. The connections in the panel were wrong and the shed had been wired incorrectly. I was lucky my residence had not burned. Stillhouse quickly found the problems and corrected them. I have had no problems since and would recommend them to anyone who needs electricl work done. Their price is fair.

The first time the guy came out, they didn’t fix the repair completely. They were able to completely repair it on the second visit. They did not charge any labor for the second visit.

They were quick and friendly. Completed the work and then made sure everything worked correctly

Office had informed us the serviceman was running a little late. He then showed up as per the rescheduled time. Serviceman was pleasant and answered our simple electrical questions. He did not talk down to us.

took name from angies list made contact by e-mail they replay back and i make call.at first i was tolda estimate would cost 60.00 if i did not use them ( i new ther were many on list giving free estimate ) i told them i get back to them. about ten mins. past i got a return call from stillhouse saying they did just relize i was angie member, and they would sent some to give me verbal ballpark estimate. overall work done very good.

Did as I asked. The electrician was a little early and we discussed job. he got called out on an emergency call, but came back to do the job. Was completed per discussed.

Fixed the problem and he was out of there within an hour. Honest, dependable and excellent communication about the problem and how to fix it.

He was very pleasant and professional. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also gave us a rough estimate on some other work we need done. We plan on calling them back to do the job once we are ready for the work to be done.

Initially they reattached the meter box to the house and we discussed the whole house surge protection. We decided to have the surge protector installed and the low price given to people the use Angie's list. We are very happy with the services they performed.

Went well, required a second appointment do to the need to order a surge protector. Work was done correctly and efficiently. Not sure of the dates since I wasn't prompt on posting this review.

The electrician arrived on time. Took my instructions and went to work. He did a fantastic job. The fans bought on sale had some problems with substituded parts. The electrician was very careful to explain and we made the decisions to use them. He had to come back because of one of the missing parts. The work was excellent. My husband and I are very pleased.

First, Stillhouse was willing to send an agent out to meet me on a SUNDAY. That speaks loads for me because I have a day time job and I also own real estate on the side as an investment. They got back to me about my inquiries very quickly. They met with me as scheduled. The agent explained all of the different options I have and seemed very knowledgeable. They quoted me a fair price to begin with, I think it was 1100.00 (I had other quotes topping 1400.00 for the same job) and said that if the job could be done quicker, they'd lower the labor cost. Well, it was done quicker and it came out below 1000.00. Dan kept me informed during the whole process and worked with the City Inspector to make sure everything was in order. All in all, top notch and I very much recommend Stillhouse.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Looked at what had been done and knew immediately what needed to be repaired, changed or redone. Knows his stuff.

The job went very well, will ask this company to do additional electrical work in the future.

Everything was perfect. The price was reasonable. They were very helpful and everything. The job turned out perfect and there was no problem.

I received an estimate the next day upon calling Stillhouse. The men arrived on time as scheduled and worked in the blazing heat of 102 degrees and would only take a break upon my insistance! I am pleased with the work.

I was very pleased with Stillhouse Electrical. They kept me updated as to when the electrician would arrive at my house and were very courteous over the phone. When the electrician arrived, he looked at the problem that I had. He let me know that Oncor (the power company) was responsibile for fixing the particualr problem that I had. He even called Oncor and set the repair up and didnt charge me for the service call since he was already in the area. I will definately call Stillhouse again if I ever have the need for an electrician.

They had an appt available within 3 business days from the day I called. They showed up on time (even a little earlier than I anticipated). Consulted with me about what exactly needed to be done and how I wanted it done (where I wanted the new lights placed, what would be a good location, and where I wanted the corresponding switched places inside the house).
