They are wiping down walls, and cleaned all of the appliances inside and out, they do HVAC vent cleaning, carpet cleaning, and all the drapes are sent out to be professionally cleaned and then everything is placed back where it was. You will never know they were even there. I'd say they do an excellent job and will use them again.
Description of Work: We are using their services right now, they came out and cleaned the house after a fire.

The office staff at this location is outstanding. Joni is very responsive and professional. However, once the work was turned over the crew out of Humble to come pack up my household items the "professional" service ended. The packing crew lied about how many boxes/blankets/etc that was used, they packed items that should not have been taken, and basically used six boxes to pack up 24 paperback books. ServPro then held my furniture for over 3 weeks before even starting the cleaning process. When i contacted ServPro in Humble I was told that I had not APPROVED the service estimate. However, no estimate was given to me. I was told that a fax was sent to me. That is difficult to do since I don't own a fax machine. No email or letter was received stating that I had to approve the service. When the service was finally done and my items were returned my nightmare just got worst. The crew that return my items were polite but did not understand their job. Tape was ripped off wood furniture destroying the finish and in one case removing the veneer and underlying wood. Boxes were wheeled into my home and the dolly blade was scrapped across my floor making gouges and removing the flooring. The delivery crew did nothing else except drop off the boxes and unwrap the furniture. Thankfully my insurance agent was here to verify this sloppy service. Now came the billing. This was no longer a nightmare it became a horror show. I received two bills: cleaning/treatment and pack out/return. I was overcharged for the number of hours worked, supplies used, and I was charged for several items I do not even own. When I discussed the billing with my insurance agent he immediately cancelled the check to ServPro until it could be corrected. This was back in February and it is now May and I am still trying to get ServPro to correct the billing. Even after speaking to the owner, Randy M. and listening to his promises that still have not been carried through I am still waiting for a correct bill. The "corrected" bill that was received actually went up in price because a third invoice was added. I have spent almost three months trying to get ServPro to fix this billing and instead of correcting the mistake they have made a bigger one. To try and speed up this process, I spoke to Elaine in Accounting at the Humble office and she does not like you to finish explaining how screwed up the bill is, she just likes to send you a statement each month with a demand letter attached. Elaine made certain to state "she could not change any billing without management approval", but she still will not send me a copy of the billing so that I can verify these new charges. I told her there would be no payment until the billing was corrected and I was repaid for the damages to my personal property and rental property. If you must have smoke or fire remediation done, please call another company.
