It took over ten trips for them to finally complete the job. They would arrive on a scheduled day to install or modify a compenent and sometimes not even bring the parts they needed. On a couple occasions Randy Hayhurst, the owner, would open a box to get a part out and show a sigh of relief that the right part was in the box, apparently didn't even check before scheduling or arriving. This went on over and over again. He would arrive late and sometimes call late to tell me his helper wasn't coming and he wasn't familiar enough with what they were doing to manage it without the "helper." FINAL decision for me make this report was when they finally "finished" the job they were gone for a few hours and the system malfunctioned.......they were now completely paid for the job! This was on a Friday and he wouldn't come back out to take a look.......left us all weekend without TV. I still can't get him to return my calls or text and had to hire another company to make the repairs to get the job complete. That cost me an additional $1000 to the other company.
