If you need tile work on Austin you should use this team. Not your get it done quick and cheap crew. This team is so professional and really knows their stuff. I had some pretty significant cracking in the tile in my bathroom and they identified some issues with the original work done and were able to fix the problems, but also didn’t oversell me anything I didn’t need. I was very comfortable that Joe and the team knew exactly what they were talking about and I felt they charged a very fair an reasonable price. They are on time, courteous, and communicative, and do very high quality work.

I would hired handymen in the past to fix my grout who had no idea what they were doing. Joseph Campbell of Tile and Grout Solutions took the time to explain the steps to me answering all of my questions. He arrived promptly, did the work efficiently, cleaned the area thoroughly, and now the tub in one bathroom and the European shower in my master bathroom look like new! Additionally, Joseph was very conscientious about some health concerns of mine. I was recently discharged from the hospital with some breathing issues. Joseph knew that some of the work he would do would produce dust and fumes, a potential hazard for me. He made sure that I was safely located on my back patio in the fresh air during this part of the repair process, and he used fans and opened windows to remove any lingering fumes afterwards. Not only is Joseph a skilled professional, but he is also a caring human being. Win-win! I will use Tile and Grout Solutions, Inc. for all my tile work in the future. Joe was very responsive , professional and got the job done ahead of schedule. We had the grout and caulking in an upstairs bath and downstairs shower completely removed and replaced. He even pointed out where weep holes in the shower had been covered by a previous layer which he addressed . I would highly recommend him and would use again if the need arises.

Joe is the best! Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He and his assistant Kiki replaced the caulking in the shower and some tiles on the floor excellently. They worked efficiently and cleanly. After my first visit with Joe when he came by to quote, I didn't even need to get any other quotes. He has great integrity, and is hard working.

I have known the owner Joe Maxwell for many years. Our roles were reversed originally due to the fact he was MY customer when I was a service advisor at the auto dealership where he had purchased one of his work vehicles for his business. Joe was a tough customer as they say, and he demanded quality service, which I always did my best to provide. It had been several years since I had seen or talked to him when I needed tile laid in my house. He was the first person I thought of... I have found over the years that people who are in a service business who expect and demand good service, are that way because they provide excellent service themselves. And boy was I right! Joe and his team of installers were prompt, on time, efficient, and delivered on everything that was promised. You can not go wrong with this company.

Completely professional team responded promptly. They completed the repair quickly for a reasonable fee and when they finished cleaned up such that you would hardly even know they had been there. Additionally you cannot even tell which tiles were replaced when looking at our floors.

max and kiwi were prepared with all the tools they needed to do a clean and neat removal of broken tile and replacement with matching grout. no filty dust as worked like doctors with suction from the vacuum while cutting away the old grout for removal with good teamwork and diamond bit. they were polite and nice people and saved me money for the clean job and hardly no cleanup afterwards. blessed!

Joseph and Kiki we’re very knowledgeable and professional. The job consisted of floor patches from a recent foundation repair and we had matched ceramic tile and did prep work to the floor. They performed the Installation of tile and matched grout. Added floor seam where our addition slab met with original. We would recommend them to others to perform flooring upgrades or other related jobs needed. They also gave us some tips on how to take care of our backsplash that we installed ourselves. This went above and beyond my wife’s expectations. Enough said
