They replaced over 30 tiles throughout my kitchen, hallway, and bath and did such a great job I have trouble remembering where the cracked tiles were. More than satisfied with their work and I highly recommend them. And they arrived when they said they would and finished in one day and cleaned up afterwards.

Joe responded to our on line request and came out to provide a quote that same day. He explained what he believed was the root cause but indicated he would know for sure when the loose tiles were removed. To my surprise he was able to schedule the work two business days later and completed it in one day working 12 hours. I really liked how he explained what the work would entail. There were no surprises. The quality of the work was excellent!

Fair price for a high quality product. He repaired ceramic around my fireplace and in my shower area and regrouted the shower and bath. Job was quick to close on and quick to finish and the fellow was helpful and informative.

Joe who owns the company was always on-time, honest and wonderful to work with during our install project. His tile installer Kiki did an amazing job of installing our new tile. The tile flow is exactly what we were looking for and my floors look AMAZING going from room to room. My job required some very special skill, and Joe really came through. After a contractor tore down a wall and pantry I was left with two areas of concrete and no matching tile. I was asking for a professional to take up some of the old tile to create a straight row that could be filled with accent tile, and fill the uneven patch with the old tile. . Several professionals did not give me hope that they could pick up the old tiles without breaking them. Joe said he would give it a try. Amazingly, with great patience and the precision of a surgeon, he managed to remove these 18"X18" porcelain tiles without breaking them. The result saved my kitchen from looking like a patchwork rug. I felt so fortunate to have found Joe to do this job. He installed the accent tile beautifully even though the space was uneven. Then, knowing I was having guests soon, he came back on a Saturday to clean and seal the whole floor because it had not been covered during the construction. He transformed a mess into a attractive space.

I received a call within 5 minutes of submitting my request. The work was done quickly and I delighted with the results.

Hired Joe to completely tear out our shower and re-tile after a different tiling company had improperly installed the tile. In the beginning he (Joe) was very professional, called the other tiling company and told them of the mess he had made of our shower and helped us figure out the best way to fix it. I ordered the tile, which had a delay and Joe was not happy about this, threatened to walk off the job but after more discussions (and because his guy was already prepping our shower) he agreed to continue the job. Then he asked to work a Saturday, I wasn't sure where we would be that day and we have two small children (one under one) and wasn't sure how much of an inconvenience this day would be but when I questioned him, he became defensive and accused me of "not trusting" him. I simply pleaded with him and explained to him that this was our home and our children and he needed to let me talk to my husband first. Then he found that we needed some additional work done that was not included in our quote. He charged us an additional $1500.00 to fiberglass our shower again (cost us $780.00 the first time just a few months prior). His worker was able to salvage the shower pan but Joe argued that it had been replaced (but we have photos). Afterwards he took $400.00 off the $1500.00 he charged for the work. Then our work was to be completed on a Thursday but his guy said, he would need Friday to finish. Joe had told us that he would come on Thursday for final payment but since his worker wasn't finished I told my husband that Joe would not be coming for payment but he did indeed showed up that Thursday afternoon. We discussed the bill (mind you the work was not complete) but I was called away by my children. Joe then came down my stairs, sat down on my couch and began yelling at me about the delays I had caused and even called his worker down to the living room. He asked his worker, "when would you have been able to tile?". The worker said, "Monday.". Joe said, "NO! When?" the worker then said, "Saturday." and walked away. Joe then began yelling at me again. I explained to him that I didn't know what he was getting at or what he wanted but that he needed to stop yelling at me in front of my children. He then stormed out, threatened to place a lien on our home and told his worker to not talk to me. Afterwards, he came back, asked for my husband's number (I was already calling him) and I explained to him that my husband was on the way. They discussed and Joe agreed to finish. All in all they finished, it looks ok (not perfect) and they refused to seal the grout, left garbage behind (that they said they would take) and sent my husband out for "supplies" they said they needed then produced them after he left. Just glad this literal nightmare is over. The other tiling company caused this mess but was in no way ugly to us or hostile in anyway (even after he knew we weren't pleased with his work).

Joe and Kiki were amazing!! Not only did they repair our 5 cracked tiles, but I had also hired Joe to clean and seal all of our grout. This had not been done in the 6 years we have lived at our house, and after Joe and Kiki were finished, it looked brand new and just like it did on the day we moved in! The job was complete in the exact time frame estimated, and the price was very fair. Joe was able to come give me an estimate that did not change, and the job was finished within a week of our estimate meeting. Joe is extremely professional and knows his stuff. I would recommend Joe to anyone who has tile and grout needs. Joe and Kiki cleaned up after they were done and if you were to walk in the house, you would never have known they were working there all day!
