They did a very good job locating the problem and fixing the issues. They also gave me an upfront evaluation and possible scenarios that could occur while they determined what the problems were. This would assist in saving us money for the work.

He completed the project within 2 days, and his initial time estimate was 2-3 days. His initial cost estimate was within reason of the final cost. We're completely satisfied.

Two difficult issues to resolve, one involving broken pipe under a tree. A Repair was figured out that did not jeopardize the tree and cost less. Second issue could not be resolved on first visit , with need to think about it and confer with others planned. Returned and did not give up trying to locate control despite time required. This required additional time and therefore increased the cost but I was involved and know it was required and really appreciated not giving up. A discount was applied for 2 hours the first visit due to not completing the repair. Also I will a different highly rated company I have used before identified the break under the tree and was to return but did not and did not return my many calls. I highly recommend this gentleman for his abilities, ethics, and especially for not giving up.

This company came and serviced my 85 year old dads sprinkler system in Springtown, TX. He was there around 5 1/2 to 6 hours, and was apparently training his young son. Thats all well and good. What is not good is to replace 20 - 22 heads, ( Even the most expensive of sprinkler heads would have been around 250.00), not all adjusted right, and the schedule to come on is not right. Some come on every night, and the front of the house is barely being watered. There are many places that get no water at all because of the way that the heads are adjusted (or not adjusted), I should say. If that wasnt bad enough they charged him almost 1200.00. I might have fell off the turnip wagon, but it wasnt yesterday. That is taking advantage of someone. My dad is a trusting man and he owns his own business and the way he grew his business is he treated other people the way he would want to be treated. He certainly did not deserve to be taken advantage of. At any age.

He's very expensive he didn't advise of service charge, and when I went outside they were already digging up 1 of my heads.
