The service was great and I was impressed with how quickly one man did the job. He was very experienced and friendly. I would recommend you agree with him on the exact details of the job before he finishes. It was inconvenient having to tell him to redo a part of it after he had put away all his tools. He was visibly angry but he redid the job very well. Overall I would have ranked a 5 across all categories if it wasn't for the small misunderstanding. Great work!

They had the right equipment to locate all my valves and replaced them in a timely manner. They were easy to work with and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them for any sprinkler repair.

Sprinkler system inspection/service was completed as discussed. Service/repair cost(s) were as discussed...no surprises. Garrett went the extra mile and patiently walked me through sprinkler system operation functionality. I would definitely use and recommend this sprinkler system vendor.

Our sprinkler issue was one that couldnâ t wait for an appointment. Hornet commercial was able to adjust and fit us into their busy schedule on a Friday afternoon. We were very happy with the work and have already hired them for another job.

Finally a pro who knows about irrigation. Have had others come out and screwup the system even more every time.. Hornet knew what they were doing and fixed the problem. If you are looking at someone cheaper, reconsider because they are well worth the money.

Had a gusher from a leak in the sprinkler system which was flooding the neighbors yard and the street. They came out as soon as they could and worked for three hours to fix the leak which was in a mainline underneath a joint with two other lines going different directions and close to the control box. What a mess but they did a great job. I will definitely hire them again.

They arrived on time with ID in hand. They were courteous and knowledgeable. (They understand the hydrodynamics of watering the lawn!) All 62 sprinklers are up and running with the correct spread. Time and cost were as advertised. Worth every penny!

The initial visit and work repair went smoothly and that is why I gave them 5 stars. However, I have not had my sprinkler system on for a full cycle. Hopefully they have done an excellent job and I can give them a 5 star for a complete job well done.
