I called Bob's and was given as estimate based on the measurements I provided. Bob's son Dudley came by a couple of days later to measure the fence and discuss the specifics of the work. We agreed on the cost and they planned to do the work a week or so later. I was called about 10 days later to confirm the repair work which was completed the next day. Dudley and two workers showed up about 2pm or so and began the repair work. They worked as a team and in about 4 hours had taken down the old sections, installed the new stringers and attached the pickets. Dudley had a couple of question for me during the repair regarding the gate and handling of a low spot in one part of the fence. He explained the options and we agreed on the best approach. They went on to complete the work, cleaned up the work area and removed all the debris from tearing down the old fencing. We were very satisfied with the work done by this crew and would recommend them highly. We hope to replace the rest of our fencing next summer and will definitely use Bob's again.
