The house look fabulous now, the entire process was fantastic. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our home owners association President (also the Architectural board lead) thanked us for making the entire street look great and is interested in talking to Vivax Pro Painting about getting his house done. Quickly completed the project and many neighbors have complimented the job. Small amount of "cleanup" necessary on paint job however, these fixes were completed quickly. Very kind and competent crew.

Exterior painting for two rental properties -- had to have the painters come back for touch up work, but we were happy with the end result.

Very professional. Cleaned up after the job, answered and corrected the one complaint although very minor, the very next day. Price was compairable but good for the job done.

I entered my need into the ServiceMagic web site around midnight, and was contacted by Vivax the very next morning and had a visit scheduled the same day. Vivax met with me and my wife, presented their bid, and explained how the entire process would work. They were very motivated to close the deal and get my business, so Vivax made me an offer that I could not refuse, and I signed a contract that day. The crew that did all the work were all Mexican of course, and only the foreman spoke English. But they were all very polite and seemed to be sincere about doing a good job. I highly recommend Vivax Systems to paint your house.

I must say that I was quite sceptical about hiring a painting contractor. I got several quotes including the kind of materials from several contractors and found that Vivax was comparable in quality at a far cheaper price. They did a magnificent job in caulking my home and making sure that it was sealed correctly. There prep work overall was great. They used Qwual paint and a 45 year caulking material. They were very professional and did a complete clean up afterwards. I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting the most for their dollar while having a quality job done. Courteous, on time, very professional! They did more prepping than painting and the house looks beautiful because of it. Drew and the crew were very open to sugguestions and even added a few unplanned tasks for us.The company coordinated with our gutter company replacement perfectly. The difference in our house is incredible and strangers are constantly stopping to comment on the house now.

Courteous, Fast and efficient. They need to work on site clean up after completion of work. Material used during the painting process was left in the yard. It was discuss but no attempt to recover material or follow up was made; otherwise it was a pretty good job.

Project went well, good price and good quality. Painters always showed up when they were scheduled. Very good about walking through with us at end of project to make sure everything was done as we wanted and expected.

Great team, great service.

We used Vivax to paint our entire exterior and to restain our deck. When Vivax first called the job complete, there was still a lot of paint spatters where they didn't belong, and the deck stain was totally unacceptable. But they came back and fixed almost all the problems. Especially, they sanded the deck down completely and restained it so that it now looks great. The only thing left undone was a patio door. Vivax painted it the beige color of the wood trim around it; we contend that it was white before they started; they said it was the color of the trim. By the time they had done all the other corrections, we decided not to argue any more
