Final, Final paint job was beautiful. The guys were pleasant and easy to work with. Project finished in a timely manner. Price comparable to others but with a couple of more warranty options. However, even two three weeks later, I am still picking up bits of tape, chunks of paper and the like. If you have lots of plants around the house, wait to the end of the season, other wise they will end up a new color or killed in "friendly fire".

Excellent paint and trim work. Great warranty. Came in priced equal or slightly above other bids I received, but the professionalism of the company far exceeded the other companies I interviewed for the project. Very fast, very nice painting team.

Dave the foreman, was very personable and we were able to work with him on a professional level. He took care of everything we asked for.

You pay a premium for Vivax with promises of a higher quality job. You get pretty however a normal job. They do a fine job, but I don't see the extra mile making it worth 2K more the avg. They lack responses after you give them the money. Prior to giving the check , I called Nick (our PM) and he called back within minutes. After getting the money, not so much. The painters splattered some paint on part of our roof painting (noticed after). Called Nick more than a week ago, still haven't heard back. Got the money and ran. They're not really worth their price, but they do an okay job.

Rachel, our project manager, was a great communicator, very detail oriented and professional.

Did a very good job, cleaned up, painters were respectful with our pets and always made sure the yard gates were closed, Our project manager kept us informed all steps of the way.

They don't remove old caulking from around windows. The trim around windows that they replace won't be textured like the old trim they take off. Won't match the textured siding. Still waiting to do the house body painting, so i cannot rate that yet. Power washing was not great either. No ladders were used, so spay wand was pointed to upstairs of siding. No pressure at that distance.

Did a fantastic job and I'm so happy about the work that was done. All my neighbors have been complimenting on the job. It was fantastic.

I liked the idea that they didn't what payment until I was satisfied with all the work. And yes I was very satisfied, my home looks great.

wth the amount of work needed the job was very reasonable priced and they did a fantastic job in a quick time.

I had two sets of painters: The first set were to take 4-5 days doing a full house paint job, stain the fence and paint the deck. This was completed in two days with unprofessional results. They did not use drop cloths, paint was dripped on the porch, steps, driveway and surrounding plants. In addition the work was unprofessional. After my complaints of which their were many, a second crew came to correct the problems. Although the second set of painters were more professional, the paint drops were still everywhere and it was an additional 5 days for all the repairs.

They were timely and followed up every step of the way.

Samantha was amazing for shceduing and color selection. Once the job was done we had to have them come back 4 times before it was done right. They did a HORRIBLE job! Complained about it taking too much paint (not my problem). We had to do final touchups ourselves so we could sell the house. I will NEVER use this company again.
