This is a top notch company and I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the service. Everyone has done an excellent job and I am very satisfied. The personnel who I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They keep their promises and have returned to do minor touchup work. I will absolutely contact them in the future for my painting and roofing needs.

Estimate process took a bit longer than anticipated. Crew showed up a day later than communicated during the project walk-through. Quality of work was good and the painting crew was very professional and friendly.

Jasmine in the front office was very helpful in coordinating when they could get started. In fact they completed the work on the original day that they were to begin work. Thanks Jasmine Max was the lead painter and he did a great job with his team to complete the job within the allotted tine. The paint team was very careful in not making a mess. They arrived when promised each day. Austin over saw the job and was meticulous in looking for errors that were made and made sure the errors were corrected. They did an amazing job painting the exterior and trim on our house. Everything from start to finish was done very professionally. The south side of our house was showing much damage from the sun, and after they finsihed the job, it looks like a brand new home. I would definitely recommend Vivax for your home improvement project.

They did a meticulous job prepping before painting. The house was long overdue for painting and they caulked every single board that needed it. They sanded as needed and I had some woodpecker damage to the house which they fixed. They were great with customer service communicating frequently about the process. On the actual day of painting, they sent a large crew so it could be completed that day rather than dragging it out. This paint job was beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Vivax is a very professional organization. From our first meeting with the sales staff to our final walk through with the Senior Project Manager, Jamie. We were extremely satisfied. The turnaround time for the actual work was quick and they painted the house exactly as instructed. We also had the decks refinished and they turned out nicely as well.
