Project Manager, Troy, and his team did an excellent job. I was always informed of the daily plan and any questions were handled right away.

Service was excellent prompt and professional. They truly worked with me to make sure i was completely satisfied work the work. We love our newly painted house!!!

My home looks fabulous, the two painters and the job coordinator were excellent. My only advice is to make sure you identify every single piece of siding that needs to be replaced. We had them come back three different times because the wood manager was hesitant to identify everything that needed to be replaced. Aside from that, the crews that did the wood work were fantastic too. This was the first time I've had the house repainted so lesson learned for me on the siding piece.

Several of my neighbors have also used Vivax in the past few years and have confirmed that if you find a spot that needs touch up, Vivax definitely honors their guarantee. The prep work was great! They took care of any nails that were working their way out, caulked every nail and every possible seam in the house prior to painting. They use Sherwin Williams paint and the coverage was great. My house went looks brand new! I also have concrete tile roof. I was very concerned about tile damage or voiding the warranty. Troy and his team followed the protocol for working on concrete tiles to the letter, and not one tile was damaged. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Vivax Pros.

I had a great experience with Vivax. The job was done on time and within the allotted time. My house looks great. Everyone was very pleasant to work with during the initial phase. I also enjoyed the actual painters, they were competent and pleasant as well. I definitely recommend Vivax!

I was unfamiliar with Vivax when I first met with them, but my experience from start to finish was 5 stars. The original sales person arrived on time and full of information - it was not a hard sell approach - he was very informative, consultative and respectful. The sales person made several recommendations for the color selection - and we ended up taking his advice. The prep work was excellent - power washed, caulked and scraped the entire house. Including some very damaged areas - they repaired everything necessary to get it ready for paint. The paint work was excellent - the project manager kept me informed the entire project. The team was on time and worked hard the entire day. Ultimately - the quality is outstanding. I LOVE the way our house looks. Would definitely use them again.

These folks were easy to talk to and easy to work with. My only trouble is that there were a couple of miscommunications with the project manager, but they were cleared up before any damage was done.
