Purple fig has been the best cleaning company I’ve used in central Texas. The attention to detail and thorough care is truly unmatched.

The purple fig is amazing. I cannot say enough great things about their service. In terms of promptness, they arrived early but did not knock on the door until the exact minute of my scheduled time (which I really appreciated working from home!). They were friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my house was clean from top to bottom. I wish I would have taken a “before” picture to compare with the “after”. They worked until the very last moment of my scheduled time and I am SO pleased with the results! I have tried other cleaning services in Austin in the past and they don’t even compare to The Purple Fig. It’s apples and….astronauts. Also, they accommodated my three dogs and my work schedule with ease - asking in advance how they can make things most efficient for me. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend TPF. They even left me a free bottle of cleaner! And let me tell you..it smells SO good.

They were the worst ever. I wasn't too impressed with them. It was expensive for a house cleaning. It was almost $500 and it wasn't even clean. There were three people that came out. I wish I had known they couldn't clean it better.

The 3 people Purple Fig sent over were friendly and worked quickly.  I was home for this trial to see how they would interact with the dog, and they were fine with her.  They brought their equipment in, I showed them around, and they got straight to work.  They finished earlier than expected, and two of them had already packed up and left when their supervisor showed up.  Apparently it is their policy to send over someone to verify the quality of the work, which I appreciated.  Unfortunately, both myself and the supervisor quickly found a number of spots that were missed.
The kitchen (counters, microwave, cabinets, etc) and the bathrooms (toilets, showers) looked good.  However, they weren't going to vacuum under the couch cushions until I asked, and then never got under the couches or any of the other furniture. The windowsills had not been touched and there were still cobwebs under our wood stove.  Also, we had ordered the "Deep Eddy" clean which includes the baseboards and those obviously hadn't been done.  The supervisor had to call back in the last employee to help finish up. 
I was charged for the "Deep Eddy" but after speaking with the company about my concerns, which the supervisor recognized, they dropped the fee to the "Barton Springs" lower level cleaning rate (also offered to come back and finish but I didn't want that).  Regular services would incur additional discounts, but I haven't decided if I will continue with them yet.  I liked their willingness to rectify the issues, but I think their prices are a little high for primarily kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
