Founded in 2003, The Cleaning Authority, Austin is owned by Drew and Eileen Liedeker. Over the past 12 years, the business has grown to be The Cleaning Authority’s Franchise of the Year and earned numerous accolades including but not limited to being a ten-time recipient of The Cleaning Authority Mark of Excellence award. I use them every other week. They have been with me for two years. They do a great job. I rarely see them because they have a key to my home. Every time I have seen them, they have been wonderful, but we are not home when they are there normally.

Two ladies, Lupita and Alejandra, were sent to our home to conduct an initial cleaning. We had just completed a flooring project in our house and had dust everywhere. After 3 3/4 hours, our home was SPOTLESS!!! After going through a lot of frustration and aggravation with the flooring company in trying to get the project completed, it was WONDERFUL to have Lupita and Alejandra come in and know what to do and get the job done right and professionally.

Went great! They come every month. They are so flexible and friendly. And I NEVER have to worry about my stuff. Or my pets. Very professional, thorough and friendly. Each team that has been to my home is great! Looking forward to them coming every month!

Team #3, Janeth and Reyna, arrived on time at 9:00 am. They had instructions but went over some trouble spots with me, and discussed which pets stay in and which can go out. They started were sweet and professional and sooo industrious! They started upstairs and spent the next 6 1/2 hours getting my house back in shape. It was worth every penny. It was so nice to have my clean house back, I decided to go back to regular cleanings. The owner, Drew came out yesterday to give me a bid for regular cleanings and it was very reasonable.
I used the Cleaning Authority for 10 years while I was working and never had a problem with them. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule and always did a great job. After I retired I thought I could keep up with the housework without help. But as my health got worse, so did my house. I am so happy to be back with them as a regular customer!

I like them very well. They are wonderful. I love The Cleaning Authority. Usually, there are two to three women and they are here about an-hour-and-a-half. They are really thorough and I appreciate their work. I recommend them to all my friends.

They're very good. We have a standard monthly. They're very green and chemically-sensitive. I never had a problem with their work or their cleaning products. They're very reasonable.

I chose The Cleaning Authority to come clean my house twice monthly. The 2 person teams arrive when they are supposed to, are super polite and get right to work. Everything was cleaned perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this cleaning company to Austinites!

"Hi, I'm so sorry we showed up while you were in the hospital and having surgery. Surely to be charged our lockout fee when we arrived on your regular clean day, and could not enter must have frustrating. If we had known of your inability to have the clean that day, of course we wouldn't have come. Once you replied to the credit card receipt for our standard "lockout fee" {i.e., we charge 1/2 price when we are unable to enter a home through no fault of our own on the day of a regularly scheduled clean}, we then became aware of the extenuating circumstances. I see that our admin charged your card a few weeks after this incident as we had left voice mails hoping to hear back. That charge is meant to cover the cost of sending a fully trained team to your home on cleaning day. We hadn't charged you at the time as we were hoping to hear back from you as to what happened that day. Once you sent an email advising of the mistake, we voided the charge and wrote off the lockout fee as a courtesy. Lockouts are always frustrating, and we work to minimize this frustration wherever possible. Our preference is always to clean your home. I'm sorry for the frustration this caused you."

I was very happy with them and we would highly recommend them. They just really worked and they are very responsive quite quickly. They're just very easy to work with and did nice work. They seem really comfortable.

They are completely reliable and do a terrific job. They clean from baseboards to ceiling fans and everything in between. I have never had an issue with the teams (though they do change from time to time) and find them to be friendly, cheerful and very competent.

The first cleaning was not good, they were here for about 5 1/2 hours and did not do a good cleaning, the blinds was only cleaned down the middle and the tops were still dirty, windows were not all cleaned, shelves were not cleaned in bathrooms. I was very disappointed in the service, when I called they said the next crew would correct the problems, which they did and I was happy with that crew, but again a new crew came this last week and not as good a job and the crew before. I e-mail the company and told then if I can't keep the same crew, which I felt did a good job and was on time always, I would rethink staying with this company, they answered that they would keep the same people I requested unless something came up.
I can't believe that people think the house is cleaned when cobwebs are on all the windows, "Really", but as I said they did correct it. Trust is a big issue with me and so far I have only trusted one team and if I can't keep them at this price $75.78 bi-weekly, I will go somewhere else for less. I should not have to go behind a cleaning crew and clean.
