Very good, professional team of painters. Finished the job in three days, a large two story house. Cost was extremely competitive, and less than I thought I would spend.

I called and a representative came over right on schedule to look over the project. I got an estimate very quickly. They started the work ahead of schedule and finished on time and did great work. Cleaned up after the job. Overall, a great experience. Definitely recommend.

While the work of the painters was overall satisfactory, I'm was not satisfied with the experience. Customer service could have been much better. We were quoted a specific date and scheduled gutter installation based on that date. Three days before the project was expected to begin we were informed we could not have the originally projected date, which then caused a scheduling conflict with the gutter installation company. Adding to that, the painters were not given the information on our paint choice, and ended up nearly three hours late because they had to purchase the materials the morning of the job. This may have been a one time experience, but it significantly reduces the likelihood that I will be a return customer.

**UPDATE** After posting my review Scott, the owner of Tex Painting reached out to me and apologized for carelessness of his crew. He offered to come by himself and make things right. Husband and I decided to was too late for that and didn't want to take another day off of work (lose income). So Scott refunded some of our money. I do not recommend hiring this company. When I sat down with Barry & discussed my home's needs, he seemed professional. But the workers he sent over were not that at all. They arrived late every day. They Barely spoke English, so the communication between them and I was horrible. They didn't cover my brand new floors, so there is stain and paint marks. They got paint on the buffet in my dining room. They didn't use tape, so paint lines were horrible. could tell the guy who stained my front door used my toilet, because there were stain hand print marks on toilet seat & bathroom wall. My front door handles and locks have stain all over them, from not being taped when they stained it. A professional company in my opinion wouldn't leave a job site looking like crap. The exterior painting outside you can still see stucco cracks lines. interior wall they patched & painted is a huge eye sore now. I had to take off work (lost out on income) a 4th day to be there to supervise them and I got no discount on final bill.

Good communication prior to start of project. Painters arrived when they said they would. My house was power sprayed, prepped (caulking, rotted wood replaced) and painted. My house looks great!

we had a pretty big job, entire interior and some exterior. They were always on time from the bid appointment to finish, actually finished a day ahead of plan. The job was clean and complete at a fair price.

Excellent paint job. Worked every day to power wash, caulk thoroughly, repair some rotten wood on porch, paint siding and 17 wood windows with 12-light panes. Took only a few days and very clean worksite. Also, resurfaced old bathroom ceiling and looks like new.

Very responsive. They did a very good job in a very short timeframe. Very professional. However paint was dripped and left on baseboards and doors. In all fairness to the company, I wasn’t home when the job was finished, so I didn’t notice this until several days later. Did not contact the company after the fact.

The office team that scheduled the estimate was prompt and professional. The sales person that performed the estimate (and was the contact person through completion) was less than helpful. Would not respond to calls or texts, searching for specific info on date of work, paint color etc. In the end the work was performed well in general by the team who did the work (there were a few drips on the porch). Was glad I was present to point out a couple of issues that arose. They were corrected and I am pleased with the outcome. The main painter, Javier, was polite, professional and responsive.

Everyone that dealt with personally on the project were courteous and professional. When there was a rain delay on the project, as soon as it was clear, then they got back to work and finished my project. I would highly recommend TEX Painting.

It appeared they hire sub contractors for the work, not regular employees. Felt a bit like volume instead of individual customer attention to detail was their goal. They fixed imperfections from missed areas but I feel they could have done a much better job professionally. The crew worked hard just did not do as good of work as I would expect for the money paid for the job.
