He did a nice job as always. He pays attention to detail and he is very conscientious. He finishes very fast. His prices are slightly higher than what I know I can get out there. I don't know what the prices would be but I feel his prices are a little bit high. His quality is always excellent and his responsiveness is very good. His punctuality and professionalism is also very good.
Description of Work: I used Terry Candelas for interior painting in the later part of 2009. He primed and painted a room full of wood paneling and painted our kitchen.

We were very satisfied with the work that Terry did. He is extremely conscientious and detail oriented. He is willing to expand the original bid to accommodate any new ideas and requests from the owner.
Description of Work: He painted our whole exterior and interior of the rental property we own. He even put new texture and floated the ceiling throughout the entire house.
