 + -1 moreIt was very good. I've had a couple of computers down there and they did a good job on them. It was very high quality. They knew exactly what I was talking about when I brought the computer in. They fixed it to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: They had replaced the hard drive in the computer and they recovered most of the data from the old hard drive.

 + -1 moreI called 'em from phone listed on search engine. they answered the phone. they were fairly close to my house. they said they could fix my laptop and sell me another. They did. I had to go back a few times due to my screw-ups and they fixxed it on site while I waited, for free.Do's. If you need computer help in austin, go see them. Do: On burnet rd, look for the yellow and black sign on the east side. Dont: have a wreck on the way or on the way home. its on the burnet rd bus line.
Description of Work: 2014: i tried to complain to the manager about the drop in service quality.... he was in the middle of buying a new company and expanding. He claimed he never received my phone calls. Months later... he said he got em...but was too busy to respond. bald faced lie. so.... he doesnt meet my ethical standards anymore...plus ...when i bought a new computer...he brought me the wrong power pack.... required another auto trip....
