We recently had our new front door installed by the Power Home Team, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! The entire process, from consultation to installation, was smooth and professional. The team was punctual, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. The door looks fantastic and has completely transformed the entrance to our home. Power Home Remodeling started out by soliciting at my elderly mother's home even though she has a NO SOLICITING sign posted at her front door. They tried to sell her more than $20,000 of unneeded repairs using high pressure sales tactics. She opted for the almost $4,000 OVERPRICED gutters (her home is less than 800 square feet). When we tried to call them to cancel and to share about concerns they do not answer any of their 8 phone lines. Well actually, they do answer one line - the one for free estimates where they can come to your home and use aggressive sales tactics. I sat on the phone on hold all morning and never got through. Power Home Remodeling should be ashamed for being predatory towards senior citizens and using aggressive sales tactics.

I have been waiting for a right time to post this and this is it, after more than a year after their work is done on my house... Predatory Practices by Power Home Remodeling If you’re considering Power Home Remodeling for home repairs, please read this carefully. This company uses high-pressure, manipulative sales tactics to push overpriced services and predatory loans. Here’s what you need to know: If You’ve Signed a Contract: Act fast! You have a 3-day cooling-off period to cancel, as required by consumer protection laws. Send a cancellation notice via American Telegram (pay for a file copy and delivery signature for legal proof). This step is critical to protect yourself. If They’ve Contacted You: If you’ve scheduled a “free quote,” cancel immediately and block their number. If a representative shows up at your door, politely but firmly ask them to leave. They may use friendly, disarming questions to gain your trust—don’t engage. Their Sales Tactics: Expect a lengthy (up to 5-hour) presentation designed to overwhelm and pressure you. They’ll inflate costs of competitors’ services, then offer a “discounted” price that’s only valid if you sign immediately. This price is typically double what a reputable contractor would charge. Delaying your decision often results in a higher quote, a tactic to force quick agreements. Work Quality and Warranties: While some customers report decent work quality, Power Home Remodeling’s business model relies on overcharging and manipulation. Their warranties appear to be standard manufacturer warranties, not unique company guarantees, despite what their website may suggest. How They Silence Criticism: Power Home Remodeling actively suppresses negative feedback and uses generic, copy-paste responses to complaints, which raises red flags about their transparency. Protect Yourself: Always get multiple quotes from licensed, reputable contractors ( 3 options minimum) Be cautious of door-to-door salespeople or unsolicited offers. Research any company thoroughly before signing contracts or agreeing to loans.

these guys were great starting with Reese a nice respectful guy explained the process well i think he needs a raise and the installers were professional fast and respectful good company check them out

We just got our solar and radiant barrier installed by Power. They did a great job! Made sure we were satisfied with the work. Karis the salesman was the best! He didn't try to push us to buy anything we didn't need and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

Highly recommend if you’re considering ways to improve your home while saving on your power bill. All of the reps were respectful, punctual, told me exactly what and when install would happen, and took the time to check in with us in person after the job was done.

This company is very professional. From estimate to day of install, I was informed every step of the way. The installers were here in time and did a great job. Their Quality Assurance Manager arrived halfway through the project to make sure everything was going as planned. I would hire this company again 100%. I love that they’re family owned, hire retired veterans to work in their company and promote Alex’s Lenonade Stand which raises money for childhood cancer.

My experience with Power from my first contact to set the appointment to the install crews has been excellent. Great communication, follow up, quality control, and workmanship. I replaced windows and doors as well as added a radiant barrier to my attic.

Everything went great. From the sales call with Brad, final measurements with Joe to the installation with Eric and Nick and the QC visit with Murray. All were on time, no reschedules, and explained everything fully. Lots of options for our front door and d we could see what it would like on our home. Power warranty is an added plus. Very happy the way our home looks with the new door.

This project started with a knock on the door from a sales person. From the beginning Power was completely professional. We met with sales, did pre-installation selections, and had our new windows installed within about a month. We couldn’t have asked for a better renovation experience. Oh, and, WE LOVE OUR NEW WINDOWS!

Start to finish Power was a fantastic home service company. We did gutters and windows and we couldn’t be happier with finished product. Desmond was informative and very knowledgeable of the product and process. Couldn’t recommend power enough.

I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling. This was my third time using them for my windows and they installed new gutters as well.
