The team arrived on time and was very friendly. They had to remove a panel from my fence becasue the hot tub was too big to make it through the gate. They placed the panel back on and it is actually in better shape. During the clean up my 5 yr old wanted to participate and help. The team was very friendly and even paid him for his help. This experience is one to remember.

I was very satisfied with their services. They were very prompt, and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I think they were a little on the pricey side, but they did good work.

I filled out the web form to set up an appointment and promptly received a call back. We discussed the nature of the junk that I wanted hauled off, the pricing structure, and other guidelines. Set up an appointment for later in the week. The crew called ahead letting me know they were on the way, and arrived promptly. The work was done quickly and with no hassles. The guys were easy to work with and had a great attitude. 100% recommended.

Good experience. Returned phone call w/i minutes. Was able to schedule the next day. Extremely courteous and professional on phone and in person (marked truck, uniforms). A little pricey (they have a minimum), but worth the money.

I would use their service again. Sure, it costs money to have stuff hauled off. But it's easier than renting a uHaul, loading stuff up, driving to a dump, unloading it all, etc.

Excellent service from a responsive, professional company. Setting up the appointment was very easy. Friendly and cooperative office staff. They actually managed to come out and pick up the stuff this same day. Very friendly, professional folks doing the pick-up. This company attempts to recycle electronics, or anything else that is recyclable. Price was just about what I expected to pay, and exactly what the office estimated it would be. Very pleased with this company!

They were very good. They were easy to get a hold of. They had good prices. There were no surprises.

TJ and Ryan called and said they were running ahead of schedule. They wanted to know if they could come early, this was actually better for us so we said yes. They showed up about 15 minutes later with a clean bright green truck, gave us a reasonable estimate. We accepted the estimate and they went to work and the packed everything efficient;y into their truck. They swept the driveway and garage. Ryan lowered the price after loading everything into the truck ( they charge by the volume) because it took up less room than they expected.

They were great--from Melissa at the office to the three guys who removed the hot tub. They called when they were on their way to the house, arriving just a few minutes before originally estimated. They figured out the best way to remove it and did it, then swept the patio. Afterwards, Melissa called to see if I was happy with their work. (One of the guys even rescued an alligator lizard from under the hot tub and placed it in a new home in some nearby plants.)

Called to confirm, called to tell me when they would be there, arrived on time, were pleasant and did work as advertised. Good job.

It went well. They were very timely. They price by the amount that goes in the truck so they give you a ballpark to start (a little delay there - not very scientific). Anyway, the service was prompt and professional, but I also thought it was pricey.

Talked to Melissa over the phone. I got a quick response from the company after leaving them a message. She was very pleasant over the phone and placed a reminder call the day before. The crew actually called me that morning saying they had finished early with a job and could they come over earlier than arranged. I was out running another errand and could not come then, but I was able to get to the house earlier than planned. I had given them okay to go into backyard to look at job, which they did before giving me an estimate on the cost. Crew made sure to ask if there were any pets in backyard so they would not let them out. They called back with estimate, I okayed it and they had the job done by the time I arrived. Crew clean and friendly.

WOW! These guys are great. From my first contact to request a pick-up until they pulled out of the driveway, I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, teamwork and thoroughness. They gave me the option to have an estimate completed first before scheduling the work, but I chose to just have them come out to get it. They called the day before and just before their scheduled arrival time to let me know they were on their way. They completed an estimate on the spot and reviewed the terms with me. Once, I agreed they started loading the truck. They were done in less than an hour, performed a clean sweep of the garage and drive, and lowered the price, since the load didn't take up as much space, as estimated. And I avoided the challenge of a dumpster in front of the property for weeks on end. I highly recommend this team!

They were prompt and came when they said they would. They were courteous and we had no problems with them. They offered no discounts.

Steve was very prompt in his response to my call. Extremely nice and professional on the phone. I also needed information on getting rid of old cans of paint. He provided me with all the information that I needed for that also. They called the day before to remind me and then called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Very nice and professional.

It went very smoothly. Everyone we spoke to (TJ and the rest of the crew, Melissa, and Steve) were very friendly and nice. They were prompt (early, actually!) and finished the job 2 hours earlier than anticipated. Also, our junk only filled half a truck (they'd estimated a full truckload) so our actual cost was quite a bit less than estimated. They also cleaned up afterwards and gave us a courtesy call the next day to make sure we were satisfied.

Great. They were quick and responsive. They did what they said they would at the price they quoted even though it took them longer than they thought it would.

Steve, the owner, is friendly, professional and experienced. He thoroughly explains his services and provides a firm estimate. The work was scheduled promptly and the crew arrived exactly on time. They were uniformed, clean and courteous. All the junk was picked up, the garage swept and then they had me walk around the property to make sure I was satisfied. In case you might be surprised at the cost, they completely filled their large truck after two men spent three hours of hard work. I am completely satisfied with the service and the cost. This was my second experience with Junk Busters and it will not be the last.
