Excellent workmanship & Quality service. Very knowledgeable professionals. Matched our tile color perfectly. Also, They inspected the entire roof and repaired several cracked tiles. Very timely, good communication and reasonable pricing.

So this company advertises itself as "Honest" and "Dependable" but my experience show them to be anything but that.
I hired them to fix a leaking roof on June 18.  They came out and did something and promptly invoiced me for it, but the roof is still leaking on July 15. They've been paid and when I called them to come and actually fix the roof they starting saying that to actually stop the leak it would be an extra charge!!!
"Honest", I don't think so.
"Dependable", Nope.
"2 year warranty", Only if you pay extra.
Stay away.

I spent around $6000 on that work.  I had worked with them before and I requested a certain crew but did not get them.  The crew that came out did not complete the job to my satisfaction.  There was not good communication between the owner, the project manager and myself.  He changed the project manager a couple of times and I had to go over everything again and I felt that was ridiculous.

We received the estimate when promised, the costs were true to the estimate, everyone was on time and courteous. "HD" stands for Honest and Dependable and they truly are. It was as good of a remodel experience as is possible!

We had hail damage and needed to replace our roof. I called Don Richardson to give an estimate. We had a price from the insurance company and a competitor. I know Don's work so I went with him. We decided on a date. Two weeks after bid. His workers came and completed work in one day. The workers cleaned up the work site very well, except for a few roofing nails. Be careful with roofing nails. Job well done.

The job was done very well. First his workers removed the tub. Then they cleaned up the area adding the wallboard needed to add tile to the 3 walls. They repaired some leaking pipes in the wall. Then they tiled in the three walls adding a shower floor. Then they attached the shower head and added the sliding shower doors. I chose the tile and shower head myself. I paid for them separately. Then I paid Don for the labor. My husband told me every day for weeks how much he enjoys his new shower. He loves how large it is. I chose tiles that would give it a spa look. The work was started and completed quickly with no delays. Don expects his workers to be professional, punctual and tidy. They are. We recommended H.D. Remodeling to our neighbors.
