Excellent.  
Asked Happy Mac to fix slow running Mac Book Pro after bad Mavericks install that had slowed my computer to a crawl.  After some positive back and forth emails (free) to discuss the problem, I decided to replace my older hard drive with a solid state drive. They discussed the SSD with me over the phone and ordered it for me.  
I was told the entire operation would take a couple of days.  It did.  Happy Mac did everything they said they'd do including ordering the SSD, installing it, installing a fresh install of the operating system, importing data, files, and software from the old hard drive, identifying software that no longer worked (no longer compatible with operating system), and fixed any glitches they saw that might be slowing the machine down.  
During the process, we spoke a couple of times over the phone when they needed additional information.
I picked up my mac after the pre-stated two days.  It is now ultrafast, and after several hours of use, I haven't found any glitches or hang-ups.

I spilled water on the keyboard of a MacBook Air belonging to a friend. After drying everything out, everything worked (sort of) except two of the arrow keys. Happy Mac was confident that the keyboard was shorted. At that point, considering the labor costs of working on laptops, I feared I was was facing potentially larger repair bills than a used replacement of the same model ,as well as unavailability of a match for the custom-painted upper case that was integral to the only orderable OEM replacement keyboards. . Happy Mac verified the diagnosis and went the extra mile of finding a new OEM keyboard without the case on eBay, and also diagnosed, ordered, and replaced a shorted keyboard cable.   I exhaled with relief when I got the bill. I have consulted Happy Mac on several occasions. They are oriented to service that is high quality and low cost.

The technician is Mr. Whitney and they deal with all Mac systems. He is a wonderful person and takes good care of my computer. At times, he doesn?t charge me anything, if the job does not require much work. During Christmas, my computer stopped working and I took it to in to his center. He inspected it and found out there was a problem with the air-port and asked me to continue working on it. He also mentioned that, there is no need of any repair, as the problem will be sorted out by itself. I was not charged anything for this service, as he didn?t do any work on the same. He is very prompt and delivers on time, as committed. I like his services and will use the same in future.

Whitney Tracy, the owner, has gone above and beyond, to help me maintain my Mac. Since I use the Mac to run my business, it is crucially important. He is patient, knowledgeable and extremely nice. The work is always done in a timely manner, at a reasonable price. They also have used Macs for sale, as well as some other Mac-related equipment. In addition, when I had a fire in my home, which meant I had nowhere to work for two months, Whitney was kind enough to let me work in their waiting room. I can't say enough good things about this business and its owner.

THESE GUYS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY EXPLAINED BETTER COMPUTER MAINTENANCE AND HELPED ME CHOOSE HOW MUCH MORE MEMORY I NEEDED TO RUN THE PROGRAMS THAT I WAS USING. THEY ALSO INSTALLED EVERYTHING QUICKLY AND FOR A PRICE I WAS EXPECTING.
