Typically it is 2 or sometimes 3 who come, they always arrive on time or arrive a few minutes early. I enjoy it because I can set up dates by text usually a month in advance and never had a problem finding a time. They do a great job and after the first visit knew how I liked the cleaning done, or any special requests. Appreciate that they take their time and focus on areas which I always forget to clean. Have no problem recommending them at all.

They do a good and thorough job. There are usually 3 cleaners and they are hard workers and get the job

done quickly and efficiently. We have a lot of pets so they pay special attention to the floors and make sure all

animal hair is up. I like that they use earth friendly products and they seem to work better than the usual products.

Usually no problems with schedule if there is they are very quick to let you know and are able to work around your schedule.

I purchased an Angie’s List Deal with Go Green Clean TX (4 Hours Customized Eco-Friendly House Cleaning) in March 2013. I had them in my home for a move-in deep cleaning. The cleaning I received was adequate.
Bottom line: If you are to ask if I hired them to clean my home on a regular basis? The answer is no. I was not happy with the “deep cleaning” we agreed to.
I did not address these issues with Go Green Clean TX and therefore will not go into details. I've been asked by Angie’s List to review this purchase, so this is my honest experience with Go Green Clean TX.

It was a terrible experience. They were going to charge me $60 more than the coupon. They were only here for 3 hours instead of the 5 that the coupon said. They should have explained that it wasn't hours but how many people they bring. The owner was mopping my floor and she didn't do a good job. She cleaned my refrigerator, which I paid extra for, and she only cleaned the front, she didn't clean the door of the interior. She specifically asked about the baseboards if they needed to wipe them down. I said yes and then she said it was more time efficient if they just vacuum them off. They didn't clean my ceiling fans like she had mentioned over the phone when we were setting up the appointment. Basically, I had to redo everything after paying them $150.00 She was here, dropped off her staff, talked about what they were cleaning and then she left. 2 of them were actually bickering and talking about her while she was gone. This was all out in the open in my kitchen.

I offered to come back out and fix what was missed and you said that not being charged for the additional man-hours was a sufficient remedy and that you wanted to work it out with me instead of leaving a negative review. You also said that you would be using us again. Truly, your experience was not typical for us. The two employees who were talking badly have been let go and replaced. And based on your feedback, I have made sure that new customers undertand that the hours they are paying for are man-hours. I am very sorry about the experience you had with us. I have been using Go Green Clean for monthly housekeeping since July 2012 and I plan to continue using their services. Their employees have always arrived on time, acted very professionally, and done a thorough cleaning job. The things I especially like about Go Green is that all calls and emails are conducted directly with Erin (the President), so you know that any instructions/concerns/schedule requests are being heard and addressed, and they have a flat-rate fee per cleaning, so the cleaners aren't purposefully working slow to increase the length and cost of the cleaning. Oh, and all of their products are eco-friendly, which I especially appreciate with a little one in the house!
